The thatched-roof holiday house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The first 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, 1 of which has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards and the separate bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The third bedroom is located in the loft and comprises a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Bedding is provided, but guests need to bring their own towels along.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.
The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a smart TV, and a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. Wi-Fi is available.
There are lovely braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay and the upstairs bedroom walks out onto a deck.
Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises. No pets are allowed.
The complex also has a communal pool, games room with a pool table, table tennis and foosball.
Slakkepas is within easy reach of the shop and the sea. Dwarskersbos is only 12 km from Velddrif with several restaurants, museums and shops to visit.
There are many activities in the area such as 4x4 trails, hiking trails, wine tasting and the West Coast wildflowers. The Flamingos and Rocherpan Nature Reserve are only 10 km from Dwarskersbos.

We had a wonderful weekend. Something we look forward to. The hospitality and helpfulness of the owner was top notch.

Wow one of the most beautiful places we have been to. Safe, peaceful and very spacious. Definitely going back there again.
Very nice stay. It was just bitterly cold, especially with the braai that was outside.
Good stay; the only problem was the TV was off, so couldn't watch anything.
The place is in a very safe area. My children could walk to the park and shop alone. Clean and very close to the sea. It was a feast to be able to stay here, we only missed the king size bed in the upper room. Everything you need is there. We will definitely visit Slakkepas 23 again in the future.
We travelled up to Elands Bay and headed down to Paternoster. The accommodation is in easy walking distance to the beach and a convenience store.
We enjoyed just hanging out. Had a nice family time. The children didn't even want to go home.

Great stay, my daughter absolutely loved being there, the pictures are not giving justice as when we got there it's much bigger than pictures show.
Bath and shower facilities spacious and delightful to use. Barbecue area lovely to hang out in. Living and kitchen area large and comfortable.
Would like to see for the price paid, at least sugar, coffee/tea and milk provided for one coffee to welcome you and that towels are provided.
Love the fact that there is a pool and games room to keep everyone busy. The weather messed up the beach plans a bit but the pool and games room made up for it. With teenagers and technology, the fact that there is WiFi is a very nice bonus!
Slakkepas 63 was very good accommodation and value for money.
