6 guests' feedbackWe have been coming to Fleur Park a few times and each time we have a good time.
The area is very peaceful, you can still sit outside on the porch late and chat. I might want to book a weekend like that again one day.
Apart from the proximity of the sea and beach it was disappointing!
Only thing which was off-putting is that the aircon in the front area did not work and the gas shower, we were advised by Anton he would come to have it checked, but no one arrived. DSTV was switched off at 12 am Sunday morning, I sent an email to Brain with no availability. We were not accommodated to 64 as a week beforehand we were advised the owner family had an emergency. I think a greater refund should be considered for the gas shower, aircon and DSTV not working. However, overall everything was beautiful.
It's a quiet and nice break from busy life. We could enjoy the beach. It's near shops.
I wasn't happy I was told no 64 wasn't available because the geyser wasn't working two days before our arrival. When we got there there were guests there for the whole weekend and I booked 2 months earlier.

FLEUR PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
Please take note that FLEUR PARK is a private holiday resort with a large number of permanent residents.
Please take note of the following rules that APPLY TO ALL VISITORS :
1. Parties : Due to the resident makeup of Fleur Park, Fleur Park is not suitable for parties and as such Parties of no kind are allowed.
2. Speed limit : in Fleur Park is 15km per hour is the limit (look out for children)
3. Caravans, Erection of Tents or portable pools, Motorbikes and Quadbikes are not allowed.
4. Busses and Big Boats are not allowed.
5. Rentals : The numbers of guests per Chalet at booking, must be adhered to !
a. A maximum of 6 persons per 2 bedroom and 8 persons per 3 bedroom Chalet, are allowed.
b. No Day visitors are allowed without prior arrangements.
6. Rules : Normal Municipal rules and regulations apply within Fleur Park.
7. Alcohol usage : Guests are not permitted to consume alcohol on the street, lawns and beach of Fleur Park.
8. Damages : Caused by guests to the common property of the Park will be recovered from the Guests and will be deducted from their deposit.
9. Noise : Loud music, excessive noise, alcohol abuse & drug use is not permitted.No noise between 22H00 and 09h00 is allowed. No playing of music from the vehicles at all. No noise is permitted, if it is such, that it is a disturbance to the neighbours in the surrounding cottages.
10. Access to the beach : Kindly make use of the access roads to the beach.
11. Fires : are only permitted in the designated braai areas.
12. Pets : Guests are not permitted to bring along pets to Fleur Park.
13. Parking/Driving : Only 2 vehicles per chalet are allowed. Vehicles must be parked in carports, up ramps and in areas that do not obstruct the other guests or residents. Driving between the houses and unnecessary driving over the lawns is not permitted.
14. Refuse : Please do not dump / throw or leave shells / stones / gravel / bones on the grass
15. No playing of ball games between the houses or the parked cars.
Guests that do not adhere to the above rules will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit ALL MONIES PAID.
