65 on 7th Street is a self-catering holiday house located in Hermanus, a popular holiday town on the southern coast of the Western Cape. It is world-famous for having fantastic land and boat based whale watching. Its scenic beauty, mild climate, outdoor activities, rich floral kingdom, and its close proximity to Cape Town make it the ideal base from which to explore the Cape Overberg.

This double storey house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed, while the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The second shared bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath. All the bedrooms have their own TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, ice maker, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. A washing machine and tumble dryer a re available in the spacious double garage. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. There is also an entertainment room with pool table, dartboard and a dry bar. This area leads to an undercover braai area with stunning mountain views and a splash pool. The house is serviced every Thursday.
