We spent the night here as a family of 9 people. The host received us kindly and took us through everything and explained. The rooms are neat and clean and the king beds very comfortable. The single beds may be more suitable for smaller people, but were still comfortable. Room 1's bathroom is only partitioned off by a curtain, so might not be suitable for people who don't know each other well. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it looks very well equipped and clean and tidy. I would happily stay here again and can definitely recommend Disa on 7.
Good value for money but attention needs to be paid to things like mold in the bathroom and the bottles in which the coffee and sugar are not only refillable, they also need to be cleaned. Also spotted two small cockroaches. We had to shove a towel under the back door to stop it flapping in the wind.
I loved everything thing about the place owners were very friendly, they always make sure that we are ok all the time.

The only big disappointment was the drill hole pump that started halfway in the morning - rest was terribly disturbed as it was at our window. Advertise pool, but there is none.
Microwave stank from a previous customer and wasn't even very clean and there was no hair dryer in room.
It is a well established place but we were not informed about the man working on the electricity so the power was off, a little noise because there was other people there as well but for people who want to be with other people its okay. For me personally I needed some time out and wanted to be alone at an establishment.

We found the place easily and there is a great Spar very close by. The ladies who received us were very friendly and made us feel at home. The family room we stayed in was spacious, clean and cosy. The coffee facilities were a bonus. I will definitely go home here again. It's a quiet peaceful neighborhood, yet close to the main roads.
My husband and I had a wedding in Milnerton and the guest house was just 10 minutes away. So it was a suitable place to stay for just one night.

Ideal pocket-sized accommodation for overnight needs. Communal kitchen facilities can be a bit of a headache. Hostess may expand facility in future by making it B&B. 2 separate travel groups with separate itineraries might make things awkward in the kitchen. Fortunately, we had breakfast at a restaurant.
Open plan outside room not suitable for more than one person. Very cramped for two people. Only curtain separates toilet from bed. We should rather be accommodated in the house. Was empty.
We will be visiting Cape Town during April and we will book there again.
Apart from the Stormers losing, a very nice stay. Thank you.
