Nice and spacious apartment with a beautiful sea view.
One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Spacious, clean and walking distance from the beach. Would definitely recommend 7 Tontiki to any family.

Apartment is conveniently located and the stay was wonderful. View is amazing. The unit remains nice and has all the basics. The complex is also very neat. The bathrooms need some attention.
Living room sofas unfortunately already put through. Freezer part of fridge doesn't seal tightly, so was a lot of work. Didn't report it because we didn't use freezer section and only saw it on last day. Stay was pleasant!
7 Tontiki is perfectly located. From the parking area there is only 1 small step, then you walk right into the apartment, but on the beachfront/promenade side of the building you are on the first floor. There is a fantastic view of the sea, but you have complete privacy. The building is well maintained and extremely tidy. Electronic equipment in the apartment shows the stress that the sea air has on electronics, but is in good working order. The apartment is much more spacious than it looks in the photos, and the porch area is enormous! The air conditioners in the living room and first and second bedrooms work well. The WiFi works well and there is full DSTV, but with the sea just outside the window, we weren't looking for much other entertainment! There is a grocery store within a mile on either side of the apartment, and so many good restaurants within walking distance that we hardly ever needed our vehicle.
