My daughter and granddaughter and I checked in for a weekend. What a lovely place. It's a very spacious apartment. Enough storage space to unpack all your suitcases. It is truly "home from home" now. We really enjoyed the place. Easy directions given by the owner. Als is there to make your time at the sea pleasant and remarkable. Would love to spend time there again. The only thing that might be mentioned is that cell phone reception in that area is very bad. Otherwise was perfect.

This is a lovely place that I would recommend to anyone. Booking is a breeze and everyone is very friendly! Be careful with the window though, it's already a bit rusted through so don't pull too hard or rough. Would definitely stay here again, beautiful view and only a few steps to the sand.
We really enjoyed the weekend. It is nice not to have to get into your vehicle to drive to the sea, which can also be a problem if there is no parking space. It is literally on the beach. Very convenient.

The stay was very nice. Close to shops, the sea, and Crocodile Creek. Very safe in the complex and access to the beach. All I would do is add WiFi as the cellphone reception is near to nothing in the area. Great bonus was the lockup garage and the cleaning service. Thanks.
We had a very nice stay. View is nice and apartment is clean. Just think about the lack of attention to the decor to give a more holiday feeling and also to the water damage on the wall in the second room.
Perfectly located on the beach. Close to shops and eateries. The unit could do with some improvements.
Unfortunately not very enjoyable. The place felt dirty. I had to buy doom to kill cockroaches. The furniture needs updating, no wifi, signal was terrible. Garage stank like something dead was in there (perhaps in the fridge standing in the garage) no coffee, tea, cleaning liquid or cloth.
Lovely flat in a nice area right on the beach. An absolutely beautiful stay.
There are only a few things that could be improved as already mentioned before. The taps leak, the toilet leaks water, the sink in the kitchen doesn't hold water, the clock in the living room has a flat battery. The garage is awfully small. The door's lock is broken and you have to use a chain to lock the door. It was still very nice and clean and I will definitely stay there again. There is so much to do in the area. Especially if you have small children.

Very nice place to stay, close to a beautiful, quiet beach. Enjoyed it a lot.
We had such a lovely stay here, literally only left when it was time to head back home. A few recommendations though: we need a soap holder in the other bathroom and to have the shower doors run smoothly. The sliding door is almost impossible to open, which was rather unfortunate. Overall, we had a good time and would love to visit again.

Nice stay. Just bring your own dish soap, sponge and drying cloths. Also toilet paper. There should only be being looked at the toilet, he is broken and makes noise non-stop, can't hear the sea. Just keep the bathroom door closed because it makes a lot of noise.

Very nice place. However, after kitchen utensils etc. is watched. Almost no decent knives and forks. Also no barbecue for example. not really good pots either. Was quite difficult with cooking and eating. Also very nice stay. Will go again.

Beautiful complex, accommodating owner but the unit needs major maintenance. Doors dont lock, damp smell in most kitchen cupboards. Old linnen and bathroom towels and uncomfortable furniture. Patio furniture is old, only 3 chairs and the table is broken. Its really time for the owner to invest a little money back into this unit. Not a pleasant stay at all and if you stayed in any of the other units before, then this is a major disappointment.
The apartment is nice and clean, quiet, safe and there is a nice walking spot near the sea. We really enjoyed it and will go back again.

The unit needs an overhaul - very damp, musty and old. Linen old. Stove rusty. Sink doesn't hold water. Kitchen cupboards terrible. Outdoor loungers both broken. Plastic chairs brittle. Only bonus was being right on beach which is where we spent our time. Perhaps this is what to expect for the price we paid? Have rented another unit in the block a month ago and it was in far better condition.

Although we were aware that there is no air conditioning in the unit, I feel that it definitely needs attention. The unit only has ceiling fans which unfortunately are not enough. The unit is very neat and clean, and very nicely furnished. The agent who helped us with the directions and welcome, Ryan, is great. Ryan kept in touch throughout to see if we had arrived, picked up keys and that we were safe. I haven't had such good service from an agent in a long time. Thank you Ryan, you are the best!

The unity is clean and pleasant. The only challenge we have was the shower in the second bedroom. The cold water tap made a very bad sound. It does not stop unless you open the tap in full which then makes your shower cold. There is no way you are able to ensure the water temperature is suitable, cold or very hot.
Very nice stay in Villa Flamenco, very peaceful and quiet. Dishwasher was very handy. The bathrooms are very small, not much space for towels etc. not.
Place's hygiene not up to standard. Had to clean myself just to not possibly get sick.
