From booking to departure there was communication regarding arrival and getting keys. The boiler broke and was immediately replaced. The apartment is good value for money and has a fantastic view.
Place needs a bit of TLC. Kitchen utensils old, not matching and falling apart. Bathrooms have broken soap holders and silicone around the edges of the bath is missing.
The space and the view are fantastic, nobody fell over each other.
I found the unit to be outdated, not pleasing to the eye and in general a little grubby. The curtains were not hung properly, the linen was faded and old. This unit has so much more potential and a little TLC would go a long way as the view and the location is outstanding.
5 adults could comfortably make use of the spacious apartment facilities. Access to beach is conveniently close and building security is of high quality. Staff was professional at all times and were very accommodating to all requests. Enjoyable holiday accommodation. Thank you very much.
Pleasant stay, beautiful sea view, very close and convenient to the swimming beach. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others. Found the shower partition a little uncomfortable, but the rest of the stay was very enjoyable.
As we only stayed for three nights the apartment was very good value for money. Brenda was very helpful and we were received very kindly. However, the apartment needs a lot of repairs and upgrades. Missed a big decent TV. There weren't the right cables for our decoder, but Brenda sorted them out as soon as possible. Showering is very impractical. There is no proper space to dress or put clothes down. However, the hot water was perfectly adequate. In short, it is a lovely spacious apartment, with a beautiful view and a lovely beach. The braai facilities and swimming pool in the complex are of high quality and the grounds are tidy. Secure parking.

We have stayed in many different accommodation types. The accommodation needs an upgrade. Kettle didn't even work. Reported it first day with assurance it would be replaced. It was never done.
Well equipped apartment providing spacious and comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. Beautiful view, on the doorstep of swimming beach and centrally located for access to a variety of business centers. Security and helpfulness of staff are of high quality. A truly delightful family holiday experience!
Let me just say the view was amazing! The flat is very spacious and neat and so close to the beach. We were lucky to see whales as we got a bit of cold weather. I will definitely come back again.
Ideally located unit, with beautiful sea views from all the bedrooms and living area. Comfortable and very spacious rooms that cater to all basic needs. Very close to the beach. I can definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for affordable holiday accommodation!
Enjoyed ourselves very much. The apartment is very big and spacious. Sea view from all angles. The breeze from the ocean in the morning and evening is great. Will recommend it and will return again.
Very nice location and view was breathtaking. The apartment is definitely value for money and has everything to accommodate 8 people (space for 2 small children). The lounge area is nice and big with a nice dining room table where everyone can sit and eat while looking at the ocean. They can look at replacing the kitchen floor in the future. Looks dirty but it is just chip marks and needs sides to complete the look. Otherwise it is very convenient with enough warm water to accommodate the 8 guests. Lovely apartment for 2 families.
Will definitely book a holiday there again. Everything is located nearby and the place is neat and clean.
