We really enjoyed our holiday here! The house is very well furnished, tidy and very comfortable. Shops and beaches are all within five minutes from the unit. The complex is secure with beautiful gardens and the unit has a very nice sea view. Really worth it!

Eden Sands 74. Our home away from home. The unit was accommodating and warm. All our needs were provided. Close to the beaches and shops. Absolutely loved the place and the friendly reception from Trudie! will definitely be back.
Will definitely use this accommodation again! We slept so well with the waves crashing in the background! Used the gate at the beach every day! Clean, tidy, safe, everything and more!
Great for a short stay everything was perfect. To note cellphone signal is not good, but Wi-Fi is available (2GB per day). The R500 breakage deposit requested was refunded a day after checkout. Conveniently located close to a mini-mall. Parking location may not be too suitable for SUVs or big vehicles, however, owner made alternate arrangements for us. Overall good stay and grateful for the supportive owner Trudie.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and the complex was very pleasant. However, the grills at the apartment could get some attention, as the structures are collapsing, and there are no grills.

The wooden barriers are too low, it's a safety risk, because the tiles by the sliding door. Risk for old people especially to slip and may roll off. The bath/shower is not at all suitable for old people. Despite that, we had a great time there.
Neat, comfortable beds and pillows. Will visit there again. Cell phone signal sometimes erratic.

We had a lovely stay. There are a few things that could be improved: 1. The bathroom door kept derailing. 2. It would help if there could be 2 "remotes", because it becomes difficult if there are still family members who want to stay on the beach, or maybe go somewhere. Furthermore, we rested well. Lovely to wake up every morning with a view of the sea. The complex is nice and quiet with a swimming pool. Good location if you have small children as there are rock pools right in front of the complex where children can play. Parking is slightly difficult if you have a larger car.
I went on to point out where the other hair was. She was not hospitable at all. After she left I found more hair in the bathroom and the trash in the room was not cleaned for our entire period. There were used cotton balls and earplugs in it. Would have preferred to know that our braai area was behind the unit and that there was no lawn in front of the unit, especially with a child.
Trudie assisted us when our arrival time changes and made arrangements for us to get into the property. The area is quiet and peaceful all and all it was a great break.
Excellent experience. Enjoyed my stay. Kids loved it. The beach is a stone's throw away. Shops are all nearby. Flat is fully equipped as if it was your own home. Highly recommended to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, furniture of extremely good quality, super clean, beautiful, with nice sea view. Nice complex, garden is very nice, easy walk to the beach. All the governing body can pay attention to are all the poles at the parking areas. With a larger vehicle it is very difficult not to hit the poles.

We had a lovely stay and will go back in the near future. A walking distance to the nearest mall with Pick n Pay, clicks, clothing shops, Banks, etc. Very convenient. And the price is just a bonus.

This was a really awesome venue. Clean, quiet, convenient. Besides one of the residents doing home improvements at 8:30 on the Friday evening, I would recommend this venue to other family and friends. Good value for money too.

It was clean, neat, in a secure complex with security, plenty of braai areas and a beautiful pool that is fenced and clean then you just walk down to the sea where the fishermen are fishing and it is near the beach where one can go swimming.
Understand weekend service is a problem in SA at the moment. Knowledge of the Saturday beforehand would be appreciated. Result ─ we ran out of toilet paper and no extra black bags to clean trash.
Could not ask for better service, always friendly and willing to assist with any request, no matter how big or small! With an amazing sea view and just steps away from the beach, our holiday was definitively memorable.

Accommodation exactly as advertised on the website. Clean, very secure, warm-feeling, fantastic view! Very friendly staff (and the owner, Trudie, went out of her way to make us feel welcome).
