The rear bedroom, which also overlooks the courtyard, is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Wi-Fi is available for guests' convenience.
The main entertaining area is located on the first floor and is divided by a glass bannister staircase with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the courtyard below. Modern in design, this area includes a 6-seater dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto a beautiful living area with sliding glass doors leading to a wooden decked balcony with seating. The kitchen is equipped with amenities such as a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. Outside, a large roof terrace is reached by wooden steps off the balcony, offering guests stunning views of the village, city, and Signal Hill.
De Waterkant Village is close to all the major Cape Town attractions. Guests can explore on foot or walk to the V&A Waterfront, Green Market Square, and CTICC. A short taxi ride away are Table Mountain, Camps Bay, and the Winelands. The Village Cafe, right next door to the reception, is a great breakfast spot, and Cape Quarter, the closest shopping centre, is only a short walk away.

This property is serviced twice weekly, on weekdays, excluding public holidays.Free Wi-Fi data is available on the property, subject to availability.
A booking form will be sent and must be completed in full for us to then send 3DSecure payment link for the breakage and to confirm the booking.
Full payment is required prior to check-in see the payment process and cancellation terms provided in the booking form.
An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.
The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying, please get in touch with the establishment for payment options.
