It was a warm welcome that immediately made me feel comfortable. The cooling system saved my life with the heat. There is also a small swimming pool which is just big enough to cool off and have a good time sitting and visiting. The owner was wonderful, hospitable, helpful and even left us a delicious Port wine in our room on the last night, which was just the right thing for relaxing on the veranda!

Lovely place and very comfortable accommodation and safe parking. Fast Wi-Fi. The only thing that bothered me was the strength of the lights everywhere as well as the placement of the switches. The stoep was a lovely place to rest.

Christine was a superb hostess with excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Location is very central and spotlessly clean, very hot showers and excellent WiFi. We found lots to do in Wellington; it's just a pity the museum doesn't open on the weekends.

Christine was just simply the best person ever. The place itself was just beautiful and relaxing. I went to celebrate my 35th birthday and it was perfect. The personal touches, I even got a bottle of wine as a gift, which was thoughtful and kind. The shower was by far my most favourite place. I would definitely visit again. It was honestly just amazing. The place is situated perfectly near everything.

From the moment we arrived at 77 On Church; we were warmly welcomed by Christine. We were quickly settled in and immediately felt like we were at home. Comfortable, large and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities; Internet (even during loadshedding), fridge, microwave and warm, comfortable beds. Christine is an excellent hostess and gave us great restaurant recommendations in the area too. Sad to have checked out because we became so comfortable and felt so safe and taken care of. I would definitely recommend 77 Church to anyone looking to feel like you're at home when travelling to beautiful Wellington.

Very nice town with plenty to do. We visited a wine farm and did a walk. 7 km on the farm.
Firstly, we were met by Jacks (the beautiful resident pup) and Christine who took us to our rooms. It was a beautiful, calming space to be in. A true break away from the hustle and bustle around us. We loved the little personalised touches she left for us and deeply appreciated them. Our bonus was meeting one of the adorable cats who thoroughly enjoyed belly rubs.
Christine was so hospitable. We spent a lovely, peaceful time there. Will go back again.
Well received, good communication, although it is an old building, it is well maintained and furnished, beautiful garden.
