Very good breakfast in the mornings. Although we asked about alternative power backup during load shedding, there was none available, so they did not tell the truth about that. WiFi was incredibly slow. I eventually used my own LTE to make payments.
We expected more, got very little for the price. Rooms need to be renovated. Mattress in room 3 is hollow. Poor service. Paid for bed and breakfast but it was not included, was corrected after we complained. 3 coffee bags for 2 people. Guesthouse is not up to standard.
The generator was very helpful with load shedding. Good destination for golf.
Tranquility from a book! Within minutes one forgets about the city's rush. At dusk, the roebucks, nyalas and zebras appear, then it feels like you are deep in the bush with the best view. Beautiful place. We would love to come and rest there again!
We had an awesome week in the lovely 7th Hole Golf Lodge. The staff is amazing, and the breakfast is super tasty. The golf estate is very secure and nicely looked after. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction going on in the estate, and sadly, it is right next door, which woke us up early every morning. We stayed in the family room, which was perfect for us. Small changes like fixing the closet's door handle and toilet paper holder would be good.
We booked for 1 night. On arrival we were the only guests. Hostess trusted us and also asked to feed her pregnant ibex. Had dinner at the clubhouse and enjoyed the tranquility immensely. On our route there we saw many roebucks and nyalas walking and grazing between houses. Create a nice peaceful atmosphere. Room very nice and tidy with a nice spacious bathroom as well as a nice view of the golf course.

When we got to the gate we didn't have a code to get in. Only to see on my emails that 7th Hole does not have my contact number. With a struggle we were then able to gain access. At the guest house, there were another person's personal belongings in the room (clothes, bags, clothes in cupboards, as well as washcloth in bathroom, cooler). This made us feel uncomfortable because if the rooms were not available we should have been notified in advance so that we could look for alternative accommodation. There was only half a roll of toilet paper for a unit that accommodates 5, 4 cups/glasses for 5 people. We had to struggle again to go out the gate due to codes' validity. The WhatsApp number on the website is incorrect. After a long day, you don't want to struggle to enter a gate. Do suggest that guests get an access card, or a code valid for the entire period. There was also no microwave (it is not stipulated on the unit's detail, but a microwave would make things much easier).
