We and our animal child had a great time at 8@Adderley. Charmaine was very friendly and helpful. 8@Adderley is now our accommodation of choice if we have to spend the night in George again.
Comfortable and safe for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 small kids and 2 small pets). Private and secure (especially when you have kids and pets), nice and quiet area which means you get to relax. 8@Adderley was very accommodating and welcoming. Fresh milk was left in the fridge for us each day, which was very sweet. This was a lovely stay, and we enjoyed every moment. We will definitely book again should we find ourselves in George again.

Delicious delicious delicious! Charmaine and Kurt (owners) are very hospitable and friendly. The room as well as communal facilities (swimming pool & outdoor braai as well as indoor braai room with pool table and "honesty" bar) are a winning combination. Nice enough fresh milk in a small bottle and bottle of water (still) completely free. There is even an ice machine in the braai room for guests' convenience at no extra cost. And secure parking on their premises behind a car gate too. They informed us that they had previously left the management to a "management couple" but due to guest complaints decided to take it over themselves again. Charmaine and Kurt you are on the right path and we wish you only the best of luck. We will definitely use your accommodation again. Now you just have to consider a simple breakfast (perhaps as an optional extra) at your service and it's a perfect central accommodation point in George with well-priced accommodation in a very nice and quiet environment.

Very nice stay. Peaceful and quiet and very beautiful garden and surroundings. The host was very friendly and explained everything. Just a pity one day is too little. Thank you very much for the clean and beautiful room. The shops are walking distance.

We had a great stay. The unit has a swimming pool that you share with the rest of the people. As well as braai facilities and a pool table. It is located close to everything. They made an awful lot of effort for us and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely visit there again.

Yes, for the purpose for which I had to stay, the accommodation was more than adequate. Neat and safe.
This unit is not for self-catering. Cups and saucers have to be washed in the hand wash basin. There is only one chair in the room, and one has to sit on the bed to watch TV. Just not practical. Otherwise very nice.

Equipped with the basic necessities for a few days' visit. The pool was a bonus for the hot days.
Rooms were small, but perfect for the purposes of just sleeping over. Would have been nice to have soap for the shower and we only got 1 towel to share. But definitely value for money, clean and tidy.
