Nice stay. Just keep the following in mind: Lots of stairs. No pool and swimming beach. No air conditioning. No towels and welcome pack for coffee as advertised.

We were looking for on the beach, Wi-Fi, Netflix. With it came a modern unit with no loadshedding. It was so much better than we expected and we cant wait for our next trip.

It was a relaxing stay and the staff cleaning the rooms was friendly and efficient. The only critique I had was that the garage was too small for my vehicle and it was tedious to get in and out of.
On arrival we were very kindly received by Brian, he is incredibly hospitable and helpful. The apartment is well located with direct beach access, convenient to just go up and down the beach all day! It's well equipped, and the beach is lovely. Close to the shops, yet outside the craziness of Ballito. We will definitely book again!
We came for a holiday and got exactly that. There was nothing that we would change nor would want more of. The lack of wifi might be the only things but other than that, it was perfect! Thank you!
It was a great getaway just before winter kicks in with friends and the weather and sea played so beautifully together. Brain received us kindly and the place was nice and modern, will book 8 Villa Flamenco again.

The accommodation is excellently located, especially if you are flying into King Shaka Airport. Very comfortable living unit, and the DStv Premium package is a big plus if you have small children. The owner, Brain, is an absolute "gentleman". Brian is very friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to go again. The direct access to the stand is an absolute feast.

Brian’s flat is a good option for your holiday. This is my second stay, and I’d certainly stay again. It’s well equipped, comfortable, and a few steps from the beach.
