802 Bannockburn Penthouse is a contemporary apartment situated in the heart of the prestigious Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, located in the secure Waterfront Marina Residential area. The penthouse offers natural light with expansive windows providing unobstructed views of Table Mountain, the Marina canal, and the city.

This eighth-floor, air-conditioned penthouse can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet across 2 levels. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, double basin, and bidet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower. Linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and breakfast bar with stools. The lounge and dining area has ample comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and also features an electric fireplace.

Other amenities include a TV, DStv, Wi-Fi, and work desk, a living area, and outdoor seating as well as a private swimming pool.

The sundeck at the upper level offers even more expansive views of all the beauty Cape Town has to offer. This property has a backup power supply available in case of power outages. Guests are afforded three secure parking bays in the basement with direct access to the building and will be located close to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions.

Please be advised that an R400 resort fee is not included in this quote and is payable prior to arrival.
The breakage deposit is to be settled 10 days before arrival. The full amount less the cost for any damages or breakages will be refunded 3 days after departure. Please note that an additional 10% admin fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the repairs or replacements.
Housekeeping is included in the rate every 4 days. If you stay less than 4 days, you can still arrange housekeeping, but at an additional charge. The cleaning service does not extend to personal laundry and cooking.
Only those persons who signed this agreement may use the property and under no circumstance may the total number of people sleeping on the property exceed the maximum number stipulated in this agreement. We are entitled to request you and your party to vacate the property if this rule is not complied with.
