1 guests' feedbackThe unit itself is lovely and well equipped, nicely situated and safe. However, we had running water briefly when we arrived for about an hour. Thereafter literally not a drop in the taps. We had a 4-night stay, having to wash everything, including ourselves, with bottled water. I accept this is a municipal infrastructure problem, but not once in 4 days did we receive any communication from the agent or any offer of assistance. I have sympathy with the industry, but in my view, one cannot expect guests to pay full rates in the current circumstances in Umhlanga. I strongly recommend that guests check if their accommodation has an independent source of water supply like a tank or borehole, failing which, do not book it.
