83 on Eighth had the perfect location during the Menlo Netball Tournament 2024. The place was clean and tidy. The bed slept very well. Stylishly furnished.
The accommodation is very neat, safe and affordable, and within reach of a theater and large shopping centres. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit there again.
I loved the cute garden next to my room. The place is amazing. I would visit there again. Thank you so much, Izaan. You are truly an awesome host.

It was a lovely stay. The shower did, however, switch between hot and cold, so it was difficult to find a nice temperature. The rest of the facilities and appliances worked well.
Our stay was great. The room was neat and clean with plenty enough space to store our clothing and gadgets. The closed-off outside area offered us a lot of privacy and having backup solutions for load shedding was a big plus. Thanks to Izaan for making sure we were settled and keeping us comfortable!

Comfortable accommodation for two people. The compact kitchen has everything you need with a surprise in every cupboard! The outside area is a lovely green space!

Izelle came to introduce us very kindly and explained everything well, the house is perfect, my partner and I were really impressed with everything.
There was no sugar, tea was not marked, the fridge was not on. There was no sign on the street to identify the place. The street number was very vague. We had a problem finding the place even with Google Maps. The hosts were very friendly. WiFi info was vague.
Close as. Friendly welcome. I would suggest that they make sure that there is milk, toilet paper, etc. in the residence before guests arrive. Please make under the sink in bathroom clean, lots of cobwebs.
The parking was a huge frustration. The premises are shared with a business where people are on the premises all day with several vehicles that have to be moved if you want to drive. Workers also live full-time on the premises and are already up from 05:00 in the morning sweeping, filling buckets with water etc.. They also talk until after midnight on mobile phones right next to the unit where you sleep. Wooden fence around unit does not give privacy. Very transparent. Things to improve: Power plugs of the electrical appliances in kitchen were also a frustration. Hooks of dishcloths in kitchen. Better pillows on the bed, and also sheets to sleep under (there was only a duvet on the bed with no top sheet); small table to eat at (there is only a desk inside the unit and no place inside or outside to sit and eat); better toilet paper please; separate entrance and parking for guests checking in there. Floor of unit was not very clean. Awkward shower to get in and out of. Netflix was a bonus!
Very cute place close to everything. We checked in due to end of year function in the area and everything was great. Service is so friendly.
