House rules

Park only in the designated parking area provided, and not in front of people's houses.

Only the number of people who have booked may stay overnight.

Matric students are not allowed without adult supervision.

Pets are not allowed.

Household rubbish must be placed in black and blue bags. Black bags are for household waste, while blue bags are for recyclable items such as glass bottles, plastic, cans and cartons. Please ensure that the bags are closed and placed on the pavement in front of the house before 08:00 on Monday mornings for collection. During December and January, the rubbish is removed twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.

No loud music may be played after 22:00 and between 13:00 and 16:00 on Sundays to avoid disturbing the neighbours. Furthermore, no disturbances of peace or loud music are allowed in the park.

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit and guests must use the ashtrays outside. No buds may be left in the yard.

Please make sure that the braai fire or coals are extinguished after the braai.

The alarm system is not connected to a security company, but it is there to secure the place and notify the neighbours when it goes off.

The speed ​​limit in the park is 20km/h and must be observed at all times. It is legally recognized by the traffic authorities. Violators will be prosecuted and banned from the park.
