The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with, a stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities. Leading from this kitchen is a cosy lounge, a dining room and an indoor braai.
Other amenities include a TV and Wi-Fi., a swimming pool, braai area, an inverter for TV, and Wi-Fi during load shedding.
Outside, there is a private patio with a table and chairs where guests can enjoy a morning coffee and the lovely Seaview. The swimming pool is on the balcony for guests of the apartment only. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property in a lock-up garage and shaded parking for 1 vehicle.

1 guests' feedbackThe accommodation was very clean and tidy and in very good condition. The unit has everything one needs and more! The owner was very friendly and helpful. I will use 85th on Wigget again and can highly recommend the accommodation.

House rules
85th on Wigget has 12 apartment units where there are also owners and permanent residents living.The HOA regulates all visitors and guests with the CCTV camera system at the entrance gate and main entrance door. This ensures safety.
Important rules:
Maximum 6 guests (adults and children included)
No parties/loud music/noise allowed.
No food is allowed in the bedrooms. There is white linen and the owners like to keep it that way.
No extra guests may stay overnight at the unit and a fine of R1000 per person per night will be payable immediately.
Twenty units of power will be provided per day.
All day visitors must leave the premises before 22:00. If the rule is not observed, a fine is issued to the main guest, which is payable immediately.
HOA is strict with all rules and the owners respect all rules and trust guests will respect them.
