Very pleasant and relaxing.
Very comfortable, great place to stay. Quiet, safe and secure.
Great. Very friendly. Efficient professional service. Highly recommend.
Beautiful old home, we loved sitting on the stoep watching the birds and playing with the dog.
What a fantastic experience! The host's hospitality is truly exceptional and welcoming. The space is beautifully decorated and perfectly located in the heart of the town. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!
Cute accommodation with clean and tidy rooms. Spacious and cozy. Even the dog is friendly! Will come again.
Fantastic stay. Host made perfect recommendations for our family.
The people were very friendly and helpful. Had a great stay and would recommend it to other people.
We had a nice stay. Already our third time there.
A highly enjoyable overnight stay. A pleasant and well-equipped unit. Very attentive hosts in Ingrid and John. Highly recommended.
Excellent. Clean room. Hostess was charming and very welcoming. Full DStv bouquet was a very welcome surprise.
Nice stay - unfortunately only one night.
The spacious cottage is decorated in such a way that you feel as if you are visiting family and not booked into a lifeless guest house. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. A double or queen size bed would be a nice add-on.
Neat and close to golf course.
Beautiful house and very nice and private with all the necessary facilities. Secure parking and "bike-friendly". Clean and non-smoking is a great asset, because the place looks and smells fresh and homely. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. We would recommend this place and definitely stay there again.
We stayed at 86 on Jubilee on 30 December 2023. Very pleasant and comfortable. Nice private outside area. Suitably equipped kitchen, nice shower over bath. The room was large and very attractively decorated. The host was very helpful.
Our stay was absolutely incredible. My husband and I, with our pet cat, really love staying in the Spekboom cottage. We highly recommend a stay here. The hosts, along with their pets, were absolute gems. Super sweet and welcoming! The cottage was so beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing. We look forward to visiting again and again. We loved our stay at this perfect place!
This place was absolutely beautiful, very central and neat. The host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.
We had a wonderful stay. Very beautiful, spacious, warm welcome and comfortable sleep. We will definitely recommend the place and stay there again.
Very neat and clean unit.
86 on Jubilee is an oasis. It is seriously beautiful and offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it!
Stylish, clean and tidy!
Lovely stay in Ingrid's homey Lavender semi with a nice garden. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully modernly decorated. The electric blankets were a welcome surprise as the snow lay thick on the Swartberge.
Wonderful host with a small hut and cosy cottage.
What an incredibly beautiful place! Neat, clean, comfortable, convenient, safe, central and the most beautiful gardens!
The kitchen was well equipped with everything clean and in working order. Bathroom was comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious and bedding luxurious and nicely furnished for cold evenings. We were pleasantly surprised with the value for money and the homely atmosphere.
The owners were very helpful, contacting us prior to our arrival to provide information on the house location, the history of Oudsthoorn, good restaurants, and sights in the area. The house is very clean, beautifully restored with lovely vintage decor, and has an attractive, garden. The house is centrally located in Oudtshoorn, and we easily drove to Buffels Drift for an excellent dinner and a local ostrich farm for a tour and breakfast.
Ingrid is very friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our visit. Would recommend anytime. Nice and clean place. House is beautiful, lots of character.
Great place and great value for money. Will recommend this for persons wanting to stay over in Oudtshoorn.
Very nice place and friendly people from the guest house! Very comfortable. Well equipped.
Clean, spacious and very friendly and helpful hosts Ingrid and John.
Came as strangers and leave as friends. Thank you, Ingrid, John, Hannelie, 2 kitties and a blind friendly dog.
Very convenient. I would stay again if travelling through Oudtshoorn. Comfortable and good value. Very quiet location.
Neat clean accommodation.
The area may not be the best, but the moment you drive through the gate, all is forgotten. A beautiful place that is quiet, peaceful and very safe and also close enough to everything. Very clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay. The owners are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
Very nice and comfortable. Owner is friendly.
We really enjoyed the style of the house. You feel right at home. Comfortably furnished. Nice cuddly blankets.
Very friendly service.
The fact that it is close to Huis Bellinghanhof retirement resort just makes it even better. Ingrid and John are 2 wonderful people. Always a pleasure to stay there.
Oudtshoorn is no longer much of a tourist attraction. But ready for an overnight stay on the way to Colesburg.
We will be back and will share our experiences with friends.
86 on Jubilee is the perfect place to spend the night after the long drive. We got good service and a clean tidy place. It's safe and close to shops to just go and eat something nice. Thank you very much.
Hospitably received by owner and everything was explained to us. Hostess also recommended some good places to eat.
Enjoyed sitting in the garden, very tranquil.
86 on Jubilee is a real gem. The whole place is amazing and worth every dime. The owner Ingrid and staff were so friendly and helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice holiday stay. Awesomeness️.
You have everything you need for this century - yet you are surrounded by old-fashioned charm! We stayed cozy and slept!
The accommodation was tasteful and very comfortable. Dead quiet and well equipped. Very friendly reception, thank you.
Lots of space. More than we expected. Very safe. Very central.
The hostess is always helpful and friendly. A beautiful person. We will always prefer to sleep over in 86 Jubilee because you have your amenities and privacy and quiet when you want it. Thank you Ingrid for your gem of a place.
Beautiful accommodation, always clean and tidy and delicious mattresses for a good night's rest! Owners very friendly and helpful!
Marketing well done.
The cottage is very cozy and tidy. Owners received us kindly. Really like the rural setting.
Dit was wonderlik om by julle te kon bly. My familie en ek het 'n fantastiese tyd gehad en het baie lekker gerus. Ek sal beslis weer soontoe gaan en beveel dit aan vir almal.
We & our 4 foot children had a great stay! Neat & clean. Thank you Ingrid for your hospitality!
Ingrid and John were so welcoming and friendly. The Spekboom cottage was immaculate - we and our two 4-paw children had a pleasant stay. Will definitely recommend this accommodation.
We had a great stay and were very pleased with the facilities at 86 on Jubilee itself. The area felt unsafe. We did not feel safe walking the streets which made one feel quite caged. The WiFi was available most of the time, but the quality did not lend itself to WhatsApp calls and video meetings.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would return there whenever we need to go to Oudtshoorn again.
Pleasant, helpful hostess and other staff. Would definitely recommend.
It was a hot day when we got there, but the decor in the house and specifically the rooms looked cool with the nice white bedding. We only stayed one night, but were sorry we didn't stay longer. Was definitely worth the money.
Friendly service, neat and clean, close to everything, lovely porch and garden
Hostess made us feel so at home in her beautiful old world house. Everything we needed was there, with lots of extra detail! We will definitely recommend it to friends.
Neat with a friendly and capable hostess.
Pleasant stay, reception was excellent with friendly people, will definitely come and visit again.
Lovely cottage. We enjoyed our stay.
Hostess gives more than one would expect. She gives a piece of her heart too. Sherry, milk, bottled water. The most beautiful, softest blanket. It was really a special experience to go home there.
The cottage is beautiful and the surroundings peaceful. Olive and I had a great stay. Thank you very much, Ingrid!
John and Ingrid are fantastic hosts, always considerate and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. If you have pets, then this is the place to stay. Securely fenced, we could leave our pets to roam the huge lawned garden without worrying. Undercover parking from the extreme sun was a bonus. Fantastic to unload the vehicle, and light a fire to have a braai and relax after a long drive. We will definitely stay there again.
Lovely affordable stay. We felt comfortable and looked after.
Considering the price this is absolutely the best deal in town. Our hostess was there to welcome us and when we left. One of the loveliest stays I've had in Oudtshoorn.
It was perfect and will use them again. I enjoyed the place and am sorry I couldn't stay any longer. The old house moves you into another world where time doesn't matter. I could stay there longer.
Would stay here again anytime. Nice old house. Reminds me of my childhood.
Was sent Whatsapp in advance and asked what time we will be there, was received and shown the place to stay. The WiFi and DStv was a bonus. Slept well there. Have no complaints.
It was an amazing experience. The owners, the couple are friendly and warm people. It was nice to stay there. The apartment is very modern and has full DStv. There were sweets, chips and chocolate on our arrival. There is covered parking. It is close to everything. And very quiet. Was great staying there.
It was such a delight to stay at 86 on Jubilee! The host family was so accommodating, friendly, warmhearted and had everything ready for us, we even had a little snack basket! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Very friendly hostess and very helpful. Peaceful and comfortable spot. Beds really comfortable to sleep on. Would gladly go back there.
Not value for money. Photo on web page and and how it actually looks are not the same. No shower.
