The semi-enclosed patio and main bedroom have modern blinds that can be raised and lowered individually to deal with the afternoon sunlight.

6 guests' feedbackOur stay was fantastic near the sea and businesses.
First impression as you drive into the garage, was disappointment. The Garage was not swept in weeks and had litter everywhere, including a full bin bag. The staircase was the very same, unkept and filthy. The Bin at the Pool area was overflowing with beer bottles. The Bar fridge in the unit was not cleaned. The DSTV did not work from the 2nd day (Wednesday) we were there. Promised to have guy come out the next morning at 07h30 (Thursday) empty promises. Someone eventually showed up on Friday by which time we had already decided to leave on that Friday which was a day earlier than what we had booked for.
We really enjoyed our time and will definitely use 9 Londiani again.
Peter's communication was excellent. Such a caring and friendly host. 9 Londiani is beautiful and well taken care of.
We were very impressed with the location of the place. Walking distance from the beachfront and shops. Nice, cozy place for family and friends. We will definitely recommend it to more people. The caretaker has a lovely and helpful personality.
Bathrooms need improvement.

Guest should please note that the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.The complex has strict rules regarding noise levels and for this reason, no loud noises or parties are allowed between 22:00 until 06:00.

Londiani Body Corporate rules do not allow any pets on the premises.
The host provides bath towels. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels and cleaning materials.
