9 Londiani is a luxury flat that offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 3-bedroom apartment, situated in a secure complex in Manaba Beach in Margate. The complex is conveniently located 500 m from Lucien Beach and 150 meters from the Manaba Kwikspar grocery store.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. The third bedroom comprises 2 sets of bunk beds. The unit is accessed via a staircase. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom contains 4 bunk beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a wall-mounted hand shower, toilet and basin. Two of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan in each; the bedroom with 4 bunk beds has a large oscillating wall-mounted fan. The main bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan for hot summer days. The main bedroom also has a sliding glass door leading onto the patio. The semi-enclosed patio and main bedroom have modern blinds that can be raised and lowered individually to deal with the afternoon sunlight.

The apartment comprises an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The lounge is equipped with an air-conditioner and 2 ceiling fans, an HD TV with a wall-mounted soundbar, as well as an HD Openview decoder. If you prefer DStv, please bring your own DStv decoder, smart card and HDMI cables. The lounge leads onto an enclosed balcony with a sea view. The balcony has 2 large sliding windows and a sliding door leading onto the patio.

The patio is professionally barricaded for your safety. The patio is equipped with split air-conditioner condensers and is equipped with a modern 3-burner gas braai. The braai has a hood with temperature indication, an additional raised rack to place your food on, and is designed to function in all windy & rainy conditions. A separate removable grease trap is located underneath the braai at the rear for easy cleaning.

The apartment has access to an undercover parking space on the ground floor, accommodating 2 medium-size cars in the allocated parking spot. Londiani complex features a communal braai area within easy reach of the communal swimming pool for you to enjoy.
