The hospitality was great, the place was very neat and clean. The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
We had a great stay, a peaceful environment and clean and tidy rooms.
We were received very kindly and were even able to check in before check-in time. We will spend the night there again and even longer. They are also close to hospitals.
Peaceful place, plenty of parking space, own privacy which I love, and they communicated with me throughout my check-in. Thank you. Definitely recommendable. Just the coffee and milk was dry, needed fresh ones, but other than that, definitely recommendable.

Hostess received us very kindly, and showed us to our room. Clean, very basic and adequate, but maintenance looks like it needs some attention. We have now stayed in several other units in the last 2-3 months that offered more value for the same rate. Otherwise no further complaints.

I was in Nelspruit for a church conference. Jacoline the owner was very hospitable and helpful with us late and arriving early. Rooms are very neat and clean and will recommend to anyone.
Owners were unprepared. Other small things in the accommodation that could be taken care of.
No wall plug near a mirror to blow dry hair. Not much coffee and tea facilities - no milk or creamer. Couldn't enjoy a nice coffee after our long journey on arrival. Reception not professional. We were not shown or given enough information, felt neglected. The place was clean and neat.
It was friendly, clean and very helpful. It is near the Mediclinic, straight road without much traffic. Takes your 5 minutes. Very quiet and I enjoyed the blue cod loerie's choir. Even the neighbours were quiet. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay. You will see me again when I come to Nelspruit.

Its a very nice place and very secure.
My daughter and I were super impressed with the friendliness and care received from the hosts. The guest house is ideally located and we were able to get to all the shopping centres and the medi-clinic within minutes. Our room was spacious, clean and fully serviced which was a bonus. Very clean and tidy. Only complaint was children from the neighbors making noise early in the morning. Otherwise perfect places to stay for a few nights without breaking the bank.
9 on Feijoa is a lovely overnight venue, its clean and well appointed. It's also very well priced and there is good value for money. I would recommend it for overnight in Nelspruit.

The room is private and neat. Reception was friendly and helpful. I recommend that they put a bed lamp or two in the room. The soap and shampoo needs to be replaced every day, if needed. Thank you for the comfortable and carefree stay.
We only stayed the night. wanted convenience and got it for an affordable price. Will make use of it again.

We booked for two nights but only stayed one night as it was so bad. There was no hot water to shower, the bed mattress stank of smoke or sweat or something and it was very unpleasant to stay there!
Didn't want anything more in self catering unit than what was provided.
