We had a great time staying there and would be happy to recommend it to others.
The rooms are well equipped, very clean and tidy. The arrangements around the dinner are a bit real. I tried to arrange for dinner around 11:30 in the morning, only to be told that it was already booked and that only one option was available. Although they advertise bar facilities, they only had one type of (not so great) white wine available. The one boundary wall is against a fairly busy road, which makes the outdoor experience a little less enjoyable.
Very nice and tidy rooms. For the price for 1 night, they can put in full DSTV - at least there is something to watch.
Stay was pleasant; although reception could have been better! Still waiting for a statement/receipt because I paid for an add room at reception and got no proof for it.

Nothing is too much effort for them; they offer outstanding service to their guests. They honestly went above and beyond for us. The property feels safe and secure, with attention to detail that makes you feel very safe. The property is beautiful, with well-decorated rooms and all the amenities you could ask for. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a quality B&B in the Vaal.

We had a fantastic stay with my husband. Charmaine (Manager) was so welcoming and warm, she even went an extra mile to call and check up on us on Saturday, she even waited for us because we checked in around 7pm. Our room was 100% clean and the bed was so comfortable. We woke up feeling fresh and rejuvenated and breakfast was nice and simple. We were very happy with everything and we are definitely coming back to the establishment.

Kromelenboog is very well located and in a safe, quiet area. The rooms have many luxuries such as underfloor heating, fridge and tea and coffee making station. The interior of the rooms is beautiful and we had a great night's rest. I would highly recommend it for any business traveler or even family with children of any age.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kromellenboog Guesthouse. The rooms are nice and spacious and you have everything you need there. The owner is friendly and helpful! The staff in the kitchen made us the most delicious breakfast and treated us very kindly. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We came here for a weekend to visit my father who is in the retirement village. Charmaine and Neels really went out of their way to make us feel safe and welcome. The rooms are spacious, neat, warm (winter nights) and clean with lovely beds. The breakfast area is also well-equipped with an additional play area to watch sports on the big screen TV. This guest house is a gem in Sasolburg and we will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was also delicious. The rooms have a mini-bar, underfloor heating and good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and courteous. The quality of the rooms was good, I would definitely recommend them.
The breakfast was not at all up to standard for 4-star accommodation, one day there was no cheese, there was no variety for someone who doesn't eat eggs, the bacon was overcooked and cold, especially in the winter you want ' have a hot breakfast, but every morning the food was cold as the plates were not kept warm. Would say more 3 star quality, have stayed in 3 and even 2 star guest houses where the breakfast is much better and higher quality. And then you have to pay for your water which is unacceptable as Sasolburg's water is undrinkable and very expensive for a small bottle, so guests should buy their own water well in advance before checking in there. I had to ask for toilet paper after which it ran out which is an essential product for a toilet, otherwise rooms were nice and clean.

Very neat. The first day's breakfast was delicious. Day 2 and 3 the breakfast was late and the fruit and scrambled eggs rotten. The dinners were not up to standard. It's very expensive for what we got.
