Everything was very nice except for the bedding which was not ready when we checked in at 2pm. They said they would come and do it later. Later it was 5 o'clock, but we were tired of waiting and went for a walk by the sea. The lady told us that unfortunately she had to take her people home and couldn't wait for us for 20 minutes (after we had been sitting for more than 2 hours waiting for them to come out) and we had to make the beds ourselves. The bedding was still half damp and I find it unacceptable that there are not 2 sets of bedding for each bed. In other words, if there was, everything would have been fine before we checked in. I had to pay R300 key deposit in cash, which I don't have a problem with, but they don't give it back in cash (I don't understand the concept of paying in cash then). I'm also still waiting for the refund and really hope they don't pay it in cash because then I'll have bank charges for it. The DStv didn't work either, even after we asked for assistance. We also had to search all the cupboards for toilet paper and were lucky to find 2 rolls in a cupboard at the very top. Also find it strange. Apart from the few hiccups, everything was very nice.
