Very safe and secure parking, few minutes walk to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. We got a very friendly welcome. Our room was beautiful, equipped with a bar fridge, huge TV, hair dryer and flat iron. Beautiful shower. The area is very private, secure and peaceful. We also received regular updates on loading shedding schedule. Our stay was perfect. 10 out of 10 service. Do not hesitate to book.

The place is so neat. The room is much bigger than it looks in the picture. The bed is amazing, bedding is so white and clean. Nothing out of place. The people are more than friendly! For the price, I got double the value! The bathroom is painfully clean and tidy! I can't wait to visit Nine on Winkle again! Maybe just a microwave for the room, but other than that it's absolutely perfect!

Everything you need is there. Very warmly received by Ina and her husband. The beds are also very comfortable and of good quality, as are the cutlery etc. The only negative (for us) was that there were no DStv or SABC channels on the massive TV, only Netflix etc. The stairs to the unit and bedroom are very narrow and uncomfortable. Also with "loadshedding" all the neighbors are on solar /battery power, but not them yet

Friendly hosts. Great for business stays when you have to work in the city during the day, but want to be on the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed. Lovely views from the rooftop seating area. Comfortable bed and quality furnishings. Easy to walk to Woolworths and restaurants. Will be back.

Amazing, clean, peaceful. We stayed in the deluxe room 3. The view was amazing, within walking distance of the ocean. The ocean was literally in our backyard. It was clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also stayed in studio 1, which is nice but a bit on the small side, with no view and some stairs. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Ina and her husband were amazing hosts and thanks to Ina's mom who took care of us for the weekend. Friendly, and accommodating.

From the moment we arrived, all staff were accommodating, assisting and gave a very warm welcome! We initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4! We felt safe in the area/around the property and loved our morning walks on the beach. The rooms are very spacious and great value for money. Thank you for thinking of all the small things that make a big difference, especially when flying into Cape Town rather than driving e.g. coffee variety, straighteners, good quality toiletries, the beds are insanely comfortable, umbrella, fast always available wifi etc. Highly recommend and will for sure be returning. The staff is super kind. The hosts are eager to assist with any issues no matter the time. We weren't affected by load shedding either as there's a generator and LED light that kicks in immediately in the apartment. I will definitely visit again. Well done guys.

Friday the whole day there was no Wi-Fi due to the service provider, this is the second time we stayed here and was the first time we met a man who was not to very friendly. Otherwise everything was great.

Upon arrival, myself with my 22-year-old daughter was met by a gentleman who looked at me suspiciously with an unwelcome question of who are you? Then we were rushed through the orientation of the place which admittedly is a nice facility. Overall reception and atmosphere lack warmth and genuine hospitality. In short, I will not recommend this place to anyone else.
I paid very dearly for a room without hot water. I had no hot water in the shower, and the windows couldn't close at all.

We were received very kindly and were nicely shown around. Our room was very neat and clean and had everything we could need. The TV also had Netflix which was a bonus with the young kids. The view over Robben Island is very beautiful and it's walking distance from the stand. It is also very well secured and our vehicle had enough space to park. We will definitely go back there again.
