Two of the bathrooms are en-suite, with one fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the remaining 2 bathrooms each have just a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and a breakfast bar with stools. The air-conditioned lounge and dining area have ample seating for guests to dine and relax. For guests' entertainment, there is a TV. The apartment is fitted with an inverter in the garage, ensuring the lights, and TV, will be available during power outages.
The living area opens onto a covered patio with seamless retractable windows, offering unobstructed views of the bush and ocean. Guests can enjoy the communal pool with braai facilities, a children's play area with a trampoline and jungle gym, and a recreation building with table tennis and a darts board. The refundable breakage deposit is due with the balance of payment 2 weeks prior to arrival. It will be refunded via EFT within 7 working days of departure, provided the property and its contents are in the same condition as they were found.
This apartment is not suitable for end-of-year events for matric or university students.
