That was my pleasure to have a good stay at 90 Eden Sands. With an owner that takes full responsibility for everything like updates with load shedding and responds immediately when you want any assistance. I was very happy with my stay. Thank you, I appreciate your kindness and discount.

The place was amazing. It was out of this world. The staff was great. It was a great value for your money.
I would just recommend a mirror for the bedrooms.
Overall, the stay was decent. A few key pointers: The biggest issue was the parking; that slope was terrible to be parked on sideways in our small car. We had to struggle each time we got out of our car, and my girlfriend could not get out with heels on. The room was great and cozy, and instructions were clear to get in. During our stay of 4 nights, there was no room service at all. We had a roach in our apartment, but only one was seen; the apartment looked clean, though. Aircon instructions were not found; there were 2 aircons, but we could only get 1 to work. We could not get the iron to work, and we had to look through every drawer to find items to use. Very few complementary items were offered, including 4 cappuccinos, of which 1 was rock hard and had to be thrown away. We had a locked cupboard which seemingly had no key for it. The TV was great, better than other places I've stayed at. Appliances were also better than other places I've stayed at, especially the stove.
Beautiful unit with beautiful view. The apartment is dirty and untidy, one expects much more for the price.

Very nice stay, comfortable big bed in master bedroom. Well equipped with all the necessary things for a comfortable holiday.
No assistance when water shortage. Beach is a fisherman's beach. No cupboard space in main bedroom.
