From the study and TV lounge, a couple of steps lead to bedroom 2 with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower. Sliding louvre shutters and doors open onto a wooden balcony where one can relax and enjoy city and Table Mountain views.
Further wooden stairs lead to the first-floor main bedroom with exposed wooden rafters, a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower. Sliding louvre shutter doors access the roof terrace with counter tops, sink and views of the surrounding area and Table Mountain.
The whole home has been environmentally designed with solar-powered geyser and a grey water system. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi when available. The house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a TV with selected DStv channels.
As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free Wi-Fi. This property is serviced twice weekly, weekdays, excluding public holidays.

An admin fee of R400 applies if you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.
The refundable property security deposit is payable 7 days prior to arrival by the main guest staying, please get in touch with the establishment for payment options.
