The duplex can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bathrooms contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fitted with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, kettle, stove and oven, and cutlery and crockery. There is a dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains seating and a flat-screen TV. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge that can accommodate a small child.
The unit has its own private garden and covered braai area with a built-in braai. Parking for 1 vehicle is available.

6 guests' feedbackThe only negative was during rain there would be a drip (which sounded like knocking) from the roof to the entertainment area. Bothered us till we saw what it was and then accepted it as nothing to be concerned about.
Superb. The house was clean and really close to the beach. The house was bigger than expected, very comfortable, and has everything. The place could do with a bigger fridge though, and the washing machine is rusting away.
The Unit is not a bright blue and white as the photos show. Definitely needs a revamp. The outside courtyard picture does not resemble the reality. On going maintenance on the outside of the unit from Monday to Friday was unpleasant and disruptive.
We had a wonderful stay. Quiet and peaceful. All amenities available for our stay. It was cold and a heater would have been welcomed to heat the place up, even in the braai area. Nice safe walkways and excellent beach to walk on. Wi-Fi will be a good plus to install.
Our family really enjoyed it. It is very peaceful and close to the beach. Will definitely come again for a holiday.
The resort will be busy (and noisy) on holidays. Compact units, the stairs may be difficult for small children. Parking is scarce - the garages are braai rooms, and privacy is sometimes limited.

House rules
Cleaning services are not included in the rates, but can be arranged at an additional cost.Estate Rules:
- Pets: Pets are only allowed for permanent tenants or owners. This is limited to one pet per section. No pets are allowed in the Studio Units – exceptions will not be made. All pets must wear a collar with its name and owners contact details on a tag and must be always kept on a leash while in the resort. Pet owners are obliged to clean up after their pets. A fine will be issued to non-compliant pet owners.
- Refuse Disposal: Refuse are collected on Mondays and Fridays at 9am. Please place all refuse bags outside the units before this time. Each unit has a bin in the carport.
- Vehicles and Parking: No vehicle may park on any grass area except those specifically designated for parking space. Duplex units are allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles per section and studio units are allowed only 1 vehicle per section. Any additional vehicles can be parked in the parking area next to the security kiosk. No person is allowed to sleep in a vehicle or trailer under any circumstances. Vehicles are only allowed to be washed in the designated wash bay. Please ask reception for more information.
- Motorcycles: Entrance and exit of motorcycles are allowed but no motorcycle may be driven around in the resort for any other purpose.
- Golf Carts: Only 1 golf cart per section is allowed. Drivers must be 18 years or older and have a valid driving license. This rule is enforced strictly for the safety of all residents and a fine will be issued for non-compliance.
- Speed Limit: A Speed limit of 10 km/h must be adhered to at all times to ensure the safety of children and pedestrians.
- Laundry: No laundry may be hung from balconies, windows or doors of any units where it is visible to other residents. A laundry service is available on the resort. More information is available at reception.
- Fire fighting equipment: No person may by law tamper with or use fire fighting equipment for anything other than the intended purpose. Misconduct in this regard is a punishable offence.
- Security Procedures: All residents must be in possession of an access disk to enter the resort. Guests are issued with a vehicle disc to allow access. NO access will be granted if proof of residence cannot be provided. Owners of units are required to inform security if they are expecting visitors and must provide details of the visitors. No exceptions will be made.
- Noise Levels: Noise levels are to be kept to acceptable standards at all times so as to not cause a disturbance to other residents or guests. Silence must be maintained between 22h00 and 07h00 at all times.
- Children: Parents are responsible at all times for the behaviour of their children including any noise caused. All children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult when using the swimming pools and playground facilities.
- Unit occupation: No units may be over occupied as per municipal bylaws. Villas may house a maximum of 8 persons, Duplexes a maximum of 6 persons and Studio units a maximum of 2 persons.
- Fauna and Flora: The bush area between the resort and beach are protected areas and therefore may not be used for entertainment or throughfare, except for the designated walking areas. The bird and wildlife may not be disturbed under any circumstances.
- Braai or BBQ facilities: BBQ’s is only allowed in designated areas. No fires are permitted on any lawn areas, carports of Studio units, wooden deck overlooking the beach or the beach itself.
- Fishing: All cleaning of fish must be done in the designated fish cleaning sink at the beach lawn area. Fishing hooks and lines must be discarded in the designated bins for this purpose located at the end of the beach steps. A fishing license is required for fishing on the beaches.
- Swimming Pools: No food or drink may be consumed while in the swimming pools. The use of glass bottles and glasses in the swimming pool are strictly prohibited. The proper swimming attire must be worn while using the swimming pool. The use of the swimming pools and beach along with all other resort facilities are completely own risk. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
