Yes, we slept very well in a spacious room. It was very hot, but the cool garden was a wonderful contrast. Lovely to listen to the birds in the garden. Breakfast was delicious. Bettie's service was very good.

Stayed over for a business trip. The room is spacious and extremely clean. The water temperature and pressure were marvelous. The owner gave me access to the kitchen for my ice cream seeing the freezer compartment in the bar fridge was too small. Solar panels made the stay even more memorable. See you again next week and next month. And the month thereafter.
We will definitely be staying at A Country Garden Guest House should we return to Potch. Well-looked-after garden property with off-street parking. Besides all the amenities you would expect from a LekkeSlaap-approved facility, the owners have now installed solar, so no more power outage inconveniences!

What a pleasant surprise. The tranquility of the garden and the sounds of the birds are a wonderful counterpoint to the busy 'town'. Our room was just as the photos suggested and a lot was done to make us feel welcome. The home-baked cookies and rusks and also the bottles of water and juice were delicious. USB connections at each bedside table are another great convenience. Attention to detail has definitely been paid here. We will definitely come again.
