The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher for guests convenience. The refurbished apartment is equipped with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi. Secure parking is available within the estate in a dedicated parking bay.

The apartment is situated in the Emerald Bay complex within the Greenways Golf Estate, a convenient location for those wishing to explore attractions in the Western Cape, specifically the Winelands in Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Franschhoek. The apartment is non smoking, and pets are not permitted. Braais are not permitted on the terrace, but there are communal braai facilities at the pool area, a few metres away.

Strand is a resort town on the Eastern shore of False Bay at the foot of the Hottentots Holland mountains. Strand offers a lovely beach, and is an ideal family holiday destination for swimming, sunbathing and a variety of water sports. Strand promenade offers a mix of restaurants, café’s and shops.
