18 guests' feedbackWonderful place to visit. The accommodation is fully equipped, even if you have forgotten something. The place can easily entertain many people, inside or on the porch. Very friendly welcome and extra effort made. Rooms are very neat, clean and of good quality beds.

Dankie Albert vir 'n lekker tyd in jou pragtige huis. Huis is ten volle ingerig. Van 2-punt-plugs, Nespresso, boogie boards, 2 plekke om te braai en die lys kan aangaan. Huis is sentraal as 'n basis in Hermanus en baie veilig al is dit op die hoofpad.
Nice big dining room table to have a good time. The house is neat and very nicely decorated. Nice braai place on the stoep and even an indoor braai and a fireplace when it's cold.

Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Located on the main road through Hermanus, but a short and quick drive to the sea.
The large dining room table was a wonderful meeting place for us as a family. The indoor barbecue enabled us to make potjie food where everyone could hang out together in inclement weather. Recommend the house to friends and family for a great get together!

We were met on arrival by our hostess Jacqui, who impressed us with her friendly hospitable welcome and no-nonsense direct attitude of pragmatism, matter-of-fact business-like introduction to a cooks’ tour of the premises, which was a revelation in that it surpassed our expectations – your photographs do not do justice to the place. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed; the texture and colours easy, not to mention the magnificent dining table! Thank you Jacqui.

We had a very nice and warm time! There is everything and more in the house. The extra blanket in the living room was also an extra surprise. The house was ideal for our 2 families and grandma.
We had a great stay! The house boasts the most beautiful sea views and the front porch was ideal for sundowners. We spent most of the weekend on the back porch and around the huge dining table, just catching up and enjoying ourselves! The house is incredibly beautiful and is kitted out with the best quality kitchenware, furniture and art. Although the house is located on the outskirts of Hermanus, it did not bother us at all - it's only a five minute drive and you'll find yourself in town. We were warned against baboons and that we should keep everything closed when we are not at home, but we think they were also on holiday. Thank you very much, Whale of a Time, hopefully you will see us soon again! It was a weekend for the books!
