The place was clean, neat, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. Our host was great as well.
We arrived on Thursday and were warmly welcomed by the owner. Our cottage was neat, with all the necessities. Close to the beach, we preferred to drive down, which took about 2 minutes. That was great. The sea views are great!

We had a nice stay, but the unit described as "ideal for four adults" was extremely cramped and too small for our family. There are also limited hours during which the unit can be serviced, which did not necessarily suit our program. The result was that we went several days without the unit being serviced. There is a notice that the outside stairs should not be used during rain, but despite the fact that I clearly have a balance problem, the inside stairs were not offered to us at any point.
Very nice stay. Quiet area and very safe. Very good destination for my purposes.
Place was well equipped. Parking is on the street and was a problem especially when there are many people staying there.

We spent an enjoyable evening and night at A1 Kynaston. Our unit was spacious and we had everything we needed. Our hosts, Sharon and Paul were friendly and saw to all our needs. A1 Kynaston commands an impressive view of the sea and has all the shops and restaurants you will need nearby.
Will definitely make use of them when in the area.
The view was beautiful, the owner was not friendly and involved. Access to the beach was easy and quick. Fairly close to shops, but still peaceful and quiet. Everything was clean, tidy and very beautiful.
Amazing hospitality, great hosts, great value for money. Went out of way to make you feel at home. Always clean and neat. Overall great experience. We will definitely be back.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating, went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Magnificent views, beautifully appointed rooms, very well kept and clean. Sharon has thought of everything possible that would make a stay comfortable, and provided us with a lovely full breakfast daily. We will definitely stay here again!
The people are friendly, helpful and you get a warm feeling from them. We could come and go as we pleased and never felt unsafe. The breakfast was delicious and there is something for everyone on the table. We could barbecue and use everything in the house. We felt so at home that we actually didn't want to come home. I recommend it to everyone. It was simply a mess!
First, you have to share a balcony with the room next door. The house is also occupied by the owners, so most of it is only for them. There is NO parking and you have to park on the street or on someone's lawn. There is NO security, just a glass door that can lock to the room. The upstairs rooms' shared balcony does have a nice view.
One would have to drive far in the world to get such an incredible breakfast! Thank you very much for that!

Although we had to cut our stay short, we really enjoyed our stay. The hostess spared no effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I would recommend it anytime.
