Walking distance to restaurants and best of all the beach. Marco and Gavin are definitely incredible hosts and we felt very comfortable in their holiday home by the sea. The place is spacious and has a lot of space. We didn't get cold at all - there are more than enough warm blankets. We were also informed about the load shedding schedule every day. Thank you guys. We will definitely recommend you to others and push your button again when we go to the Cape again.

Very nice and spacious apartment. Clean and comfortable. Marco was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure to meet with us and get us settled in and made check-out a breeze. I can only fault the apartment on 1) No WIFI and 2) Too many stairs (very exhausting after a long day out). Other than that, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

This is the 2nd time we have used Aandvari Sunset Court. Lovely large unit. Security tightened not that it was necessary. The unit offers nice views although not directly on the foreshore. Absolutely clean and the host is a real gentleman. Will definitely use again if available.

We were met on our arrival by Gavin and Marko, they welcomed us and showed us the accommodation, it was really pleasant to stay there, nice location and a built-in braai. Will recommend it to many people.
The weather was very hot but the view of Table Mountain was breathtaking. The industries in the area are a bit noisy but the service was excellent. The unit could do with an air conditioner.
We give the unit 10/10 for location. We were able to walk to all the most popular shops and restaurants and with parking being scarce at peak times, this was a huge plus. (Therefore also no drink and drive). The unit is neat and clean and everything is there that is needed. The best addition was the indoor braai area - it was great fun! It works 100% effectively and without smoke or straw smells the next day. The hosts were very pleasant and our deposit was refunded the same day.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is well furnished, very neat and clean. The owner is fantastic. It's very central and quite quiet. It's like a home away from home. And the view of Table Mountain a bonus.
Walking distance from the sea and nice restaurants. Excellent customer service by Marco and Gavin! The unit is simple, but everything is there. The kitchen is well equipped. Hairdryer available. Clean but dated towels. Perfect location for the family of 3 or 4 who want to stay a little out of the noise, yet close to most amenities. We could drive to the Paarl, Franschhoek and also Cape Point with easy access routes. Secure parking also available and extremely friendly service from the hosts Marco and Gavin.
We stayed in Aandvari Sunset Court for 5 days. On arrival the hosts, Marco and Gavin, received us with open arms. They also followed up throughout to check that we were satisfied with everything. The apartment is spacious and open, and very neat. Despite the stairs, the apartment was safe for our 3-year-old daughter. It is just around the corner from the beach and nice restaurants and opposite a little shop for the basic necessities. We experienced no problems with noise - the neighbours are all very peaceful. And there is safe parking for your car. The breakage deposit that we had to pay was refunded the same day that we checked out. In short - we had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend Aandvari Sunset Court for a short- or long-term stay.

The view from the apartment was beautiful with Table Mountain on the left and the sunset in the evenings. The area was not too busy and it is a short walk from the beach.
All necessities can be found within a 500m radius, we also never needed anything that was not provided in the apartment. Amazing sites and scenery within 10min drive. We loved it!
Apartment is very well equipped with everything one could need, it is also very safe and centrally located, everything within walking distance. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Although near to the Bars and Restaurants it was quiet at night and also near to the seafront to walk.

What a fantastic three days. The place has everything you need, very clean and tidy and is within walking distance of Bloubergstrand and shops and restaurants.
