I was so surprised by the beautiful rooms and ensuite bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious in a beautiful dining room full of nostalgic splendor. I recommend the accommodation to any person.

Fate is disruptive for everyone. Maybe invest in small generator so there is water for the shower and toilets.
The establishment was fine. I just don't like old buildings. Also, the pool was full of sludge on the floor. The manager was kind and courteous and helpful.

We thought we'd pay a bit more than usual and chose the Moroccan room. Unfortunately we had a very strong odour coming from the basin, we had to put a saucer over it and spray air freshener regularly. The bathroom has an extractor fan that will put any John Deere tractor to shame. Whilst we were welcomed by a very friendly and chatty gentleman, we can't help but feel they should have picked up on these issues before we came. We also should have picked up that there was only a bath and no shower. Bed linnen was clean and crisp and the breakfast was nice.

We overnighted there on our way to the Eastern Cape. Our room was lovely and the breakfast delicious. It was easy to find, quiet and close to good eating places.
After a long journey it was nice to get off and immediately feel at home. The staff were so helpful and we will definitely go again.
