The third bedroom has 2 single beds and its own full bathroom and toilet, although it is not en suite. All 3 rooms offer unobstructed and panoramic views. Only quality linen, bath towels and cotton beach towels are offered. All rooms have very spacious closets and storage space as well as a fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, water filter and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast nook and a counter with chairs. The open-plan kitchen and living area offer a breathtaking and panoramic view of the sea.
The living area is modern and tastefully furnished and there is also a dining room table with seating for 8 people. The living area features a fan, a Smart TV with Netflix, and uncapped Wi-Fi with a UPS. The living area opens onto a spacious verandah where guests can enjoy a sundowner every night while watching the sunset behind Simons Town's mountains and the lighthouse at Cape Point.
The complex offers communal braai facilities, a swimming pool, elevators, covered parking, additional guest parking spaces and 24-hour security.
Things to do in the area include wine routes such as the Stellenbosch, Helderberg and Elgin wine routes, Strand Golf Club, the Elgin slow market, hiking trails and the street markets in the Strand and Gordon's Bay. Kleinmond, Hangklip and Pringle Bay are just around the corner and Somerset Mall offers numerous shops to choose from and check out. The Strand is also known for its antique shops in which one can browse around peacefully. Great restaurants like Ben's and De Brasserie are within walking distance. The promenade is just across the road.

Very clean, with a kitchen to be able to work in, which lacks nothing. It's like being home, only better.
The apartment is beautifully appointed - comfortable furniture, tasteful decor, everything you could possibly need - from the kitchen, bathrooms to rooms. Excellent quality linen and extra blankets, light for load shedding, good wifi. There is 24 hour security guard - so one feels very safe. The almost uninterrupted view of the sea from all rooms is incredible and the beach is literally on your doorstep. Karien made a lot of effort with information and to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back again.

What a pleasure it was to stay at this beautiful unit, felt like home! Well fitted with all the required amenities. Convenient ground-floor unit, with direct access to braai facilities, the pool, secure parking and amazing views of the beach and the mountains.
Also allows you some quiet time from the beach chaos, especially over the festive season. Apartment very spacious. Would have loved TVs in all rooms. No aircon which is a downside but I guess that's a building policy as they might not want to take away from the awesome building. We overall loved the apartment and location.
The best is to experience it yourself, everything was perfect and then more.
We would highly recommend Absolute Beach for a relaxing stay. Well equipped with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable. Interior decoration is tasteful done and speaks of quality. The location is perfect and bad weather days didn't bother us at all because the most beautiful view was still there to enjoy from the sheltered terrace.
