Lovely getaway for 2. Truly value for money.
Very pleasant. Peaceful and relaxing.
Host was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay very much.
Accacia Cottage is a clean, tidy, very comfortable place to live and the hostess is a pleasant, friendly person. The animals and birds that move peacefully through Marlothpark make the stay very enjoyable and unique. Thank you very much. Accacia Cottage is definitely one of the best guest houses we have ever stayed in and we thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay.
We had a great stay at Acacia Bush Cottage. It has everything you need and the full DSTV meant we could enjoy watching T20 World Cup cricket and URC rugby. I was a bit disappointed when we were told at check-in that we were not allowed to feed the animals. Isn't that why most people go to Marloth? I would suggest that it be advertised as such.
Acacia Bush Cottage is a clean, tidy unit and furnished to the highest quality. Dianne is a friendly, pleasant hostess who has thought of everything. The peaceful atmosphere and animals that come to visit regularly was a pleasant experience. We can recommend Acacia Bush Cottage anytime! It met and even exceeded all of our expectations (as advertised)! We will definitely go again!
Very friendly reception. Neat, clean place. Will definitely stay at Acacia again. Was super nice there.
A most helpful and obliging hostess, who could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We had a wonderful stay, the place is clean, tidy and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend the place.
Acacia Bush Cottage is very well equipped, tidy and within walking distance of the river. We had a great time and rested. We will definitely stay there again.
Exceeded our expectations. Absolutely value for money. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Hope to visit the place again soon.
We had such a peaceful time at Acacia Bush Cottage, and the unit was above our expectations. Clean and well equipped, situated just right for a quick trip to the river but far enough from the busier roads to keep its bushveld atmosphere. Thanks to the solar power system we also had a very welcome break from load-shedding which was a huge bonus.
Acacia had solar which really helped with loadshedding.
A good place to stay.
We had a great time at Acacia Bush Cottage. I would recommend them anytime. We will definitely visit them again.
The place is done right, it is very clean and tidy. We had a great stay and the service was very good. Would suggest it to anyone.
What a beautiful place in the woods, everything you need, private and silver clean. After 2 weeks in the Kruger National Park we stayed here for 4 nights just to relax after all the driving. The giraffes, warthogs, impala, divers and ibex come to visit you, no need to drive at all. The river is also within walking distance to view animals in the Kruger National Park and is perfectly located if you want to make day visits to the National Park. Good value for money!
Stunning clean peaceful accommodation. Very neat and everything you need is available! Nice welcome treats. Loved it! Diane is a sweetheart.
Very easy to find and what a great place for a few days to relax. Diane was a great host.
Very neat place, within walking distance from the riverfront. Unit very neat, and well equipped. Great shower, private and peaceful. Might just consider a canopy or shade net for vehicle. Great asset for private accommodation in Marlothpark. Will definitely use it again.
Lovely location, well maintained cottage with everything you need. Host was very attentive. Great stay. Thanks.
Acasia Bush Cottage is extremely clean and tidy and the hostess is very friendly. We would recommend Acasia Bush Cottage any time for couples who just want a quiet stay in Marloth Park.
Such a beautiful and special cottage! Everything you need and more! And of course the best shower in Marloth! Will definitely go again! Would have loved to stay much longer!
Cottage is ideal for 2 persons wanting a relaxing stay. Short riverwalks are possible , lots of wildlife roam nearby cottage.
It was so lovely to stay here. The place was super clean, the location was really amazing - my hubby and I drove to the river almost daily for sundowners. It is a really modern place and we felt like it was our home away from home. We will 100% stay there again.
We spent little time there, were in and out.
Good communication with hostess. Unit was very clean and well equipped. No TV, minimum provision for load shedding. Nice base for day visits to the wildlife park.
Just a suggestion that you should put a television set in place, because if it rains and you can't go out, at least you have something to do.
What and incredibly clean and stylish little cottage for a bush break away. We had such a awesome time sitting on the verandah watching and interacting with zebra, giraffe, blue wildebeest, impala, grey duiker, bush babies, warthogs and all sorts of birds. We never even had the need to ride into Kruger National Park because of the personal interaction with the plentiful game. This is adjacent to parkland, so no cars and humans in front of you. It is you and the bush. You feel one with nature. The unit is well equipped and Marloth has a super laundry service that did and returned our washing in 1 day. The host is a lovely lady who truly loves the bush and animals and cares for the greater wellbeing of both bush and animals. She also cares that her guests must enjoy their time at her place. Felt like we have known her for long. I loved this cottage. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely encourage people to book this beautiful, clean, parkland facing, well equipped, special little cottage. It is very cosy.
Maybe a canopy could be considered because when we were there it was fetching.
Brilliant visit! Apart from the bad roads for ordinary sedan cars in Marloth, it remains the best value for money if you want to go to Kruger!
We had a lovely stay at Acacia Bush Cottage. Dianne was a wonderful hostess. The cottage was very clean, tidy and very well equipped. It's close to the river and there was a wide variety of wildlife around the cottage.
The unit is well located in pypsteel, so away from the road and within walking distance of Kruger National Park's fence.
I would recommend Acacia Bush Cottage to anyone. The place is absolutely neat, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is a stone's throw from the river. I recommend the place to any one. Absolutely a gem.
Will definitely visit again.
Would definitely recommend the place to people who want to experience tranquility and privacy in the Forest.
Dianne made us feel so welcome. See the stars!
Very happy with accommodation
The place is everything you need. Very clean, spacious and tidy. Very private. There is nothing that can be changed to make it better. I would highly recommend the place
