There is also a children's room equipped with 2 single beds and a cot. The unit has 1 shared family bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower.

There is a lovely, bright and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar counter and a separate laundry with a washing machine, but no tumble dryer. The kitchen is open-plan and leads to the dining area and lounge, which is equipped with a flat-screen TV.

The home has a cleaning service 3 times weekly in addition to a weekly garden service.
