Had wonderful service at Acacia! I was really sick on the business trip and they were always interested in making sure everything was still ok. Good location, clean facilities and no tigers.

We only stayed 1 night. Our reservation was actually for the Friday evening, but Henk was extremely helpful and was able to fit us in on the Thursday evening. We only arrived late in Nelspruit, but that was no problem, Henk was waiting for us. He was very friendly. The room was nice and spacious and the decor is beautiful. We certainly slept well and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay there again.
Nice stay and worth it. Rooms very spacious and good bedding. Shower can be looked at - water does not come out nicely.
Please take my feedback as a critical person who has been widely traveled and accommodated. My summary is that it is rather a 3-star facility. Areas to improve: Change all bedding and towels daily. Towels are already worn - replace or repair. Will expect guesthouses to have a standby generator. After all, Beurtkrag already started in 2008. Toilet paper is rationed. Was at least 2 of the 4 days without it. The management was friendly and very helpful. Safe and calm atmosphere. Smoking guests must adhere to the prescribed rules for demarcated smoking zones. If I had to stay again, I would consider another place to stay.
The stay was very pleasant. It was quiet for a place located in the city. I can recommend it.
We were received very kindly, and slept wonderfully in the very comfortable rooms! The swimming area and pool are beautiful! Unfortunately, we couldn't relax by the pool for long, because the two other guests were barbecuing there. There are comfortable beds and neat bedding. The breakfast was exquisite and very tasty, with a very friendly hostess! Thank you very much!
It a value for money accommodation. I wish I could have stayed a little bit longer.
