Acorn Lodge Accommodation offers 15 large rooms each with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are furnished to standard with touches of modern flair. Each room has a television set and is also provided with a coffee station and Free Wi-Fi.

The stay was awesome, however the sheets and cushions had stains on them, and there was no microwave in the room.
Was quite acceptable. Just early noise near the kitchen.
They should change the mattress to start with, be honest about water problems (no hot water to shower), be honest about breakfast (breakfast you can get better at any takeaway shop anywhere in Potch), arrogant chef.
The place was very accessible and close to the essentials. Good service and reliable.
The Skylounge was then due for upgrade. Unit was clean, tidy and comfortable.
Street very noisy at night, cars rushing by. We asked the first night about breakfast the following morning and were told times and place but not that we had to book. Was helped with some cornflakes and juice (free). Did book and pay for breakfast for the second morning, but the kitchen was still closed even though it was confirmed the day before that it would be open. Was contacted after departure to apologize, waiting for refund of breakfast. Cute place, Skydeck's view and food were beautiful and delicious!
I will use Acorn Lodge again. Their service is good.
The breakfast was very nice, only parking we have to look at e.g. parking reserve for Acorn Lodge's guests with the SKYDECK people coming and going there is always not enough parking for guests staying overnight etc.
We just didn't have hot water the morning before we drove.
Just one small problem. Only one wall plug for fridge and/or bedside lamp. Hard to reach behind bed. Wall plug at ground level did not work.
Friendly, helpful staff. Pleasant to chat with Chico.
Expect noise from traffic and another establishment. Guests partying the whole night. One previous review requested large mirror in rooms, until today there is no improvement. Toilet leaks, shame.

They upgraded me to a better room. It's quiet and peaceful.
Accommodation was spacious, neat and clean. Comfortable room for overnight stay. Just wanted better TV reception with a slightly wider selection of channels to choose from. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Stayed in the family room which accommodates 4 people, but the hot water for shower and bath was not enough for 4 people.
Good value for money.
It is good value for money, especially if you e.g. visit and just want a quiet, clean place to sleep. We slept well and will stay there again during such an event.

It is a good place that is really safe, but it needs a bit more privacy.
Om in louwarm water te stort is nie 'n plesier nie. Personeel was baie behulpsaam om die probleem op te los. Maar die water was steeds lou.
Very clean, the room is beautiful, just extremely cold. They offered extra bedding though. But it needs heaters or air conditioning. The breakfast was not bad, could be better for the price. Was a all around good stay.
A fridge would have been very useful.
There wasn't even a bar of soap. The toilet was half blocked. Have been coming to Potch since 2010 every year and for just a few Rand more at De Molen Guesthouse there were many more amenities. There was one pillow on each bed, no hand soap. Only 2 coffee bags, amenities are better for me at other places.
Not what we expected. Guests come back early in the morning and make a lot of noise. There is a TV, but only with SABC channels available. It's almost worse than no TV. Rooms are neat and clean.
