One of the self-catering units offers 2 bedrooms with either 2 single beds or two king-size beds with a sleeper couch in the lounge which is most suited for 1 adult and a child or 2 children. This unit is air-conditioned, with access to a bathroom with a shower, and has a lounge as well as an open-plan kitchen with a shared braai area.
The second self-catering unit is an 8 sleeper with three bedrooms. All beds are interchangeable and can, with enough notice, be prepared according to your preference. This is a double story semi-detached unit which is fully air-conditioned. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower whilst the second bedroom shares a bathroom with shower, with the third bedroom which is allocated downstairs. You will have use of your own private braai facilities and on-site parking for two vehicles.
Units 3 and 4 being are double units, suitable for two friends or couples. These 2 units have access to our lapa facilities which includes a solid griller, braai facilities and a two plate gas stove should you wish to cook. Both units are air-conditioned and offer tea- and coffee-making facilities, DSTV and showers en-suite.
Acquila Guest House is airconditioned throughout to enable you to regain energy after a hot day in the sun at our local beaches, being Brighton Beach as well as Ansteys Beach, which are within 2km from the guest house. Should you wish to visit Ushaka Marine World, then it's not more than 15 km towards the centre of town.

6 guests' feedbackWhen we arrived they were grilling at our door and the whole room was so full of smoke that we could hardly see anything. All night we had stuffy noses, burning eyes and next morning not feeling very well.
I had a lovely peaceful stay at this place. Very neat and tidy. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Thank you Nonnie for your hospitality.
