I had a good night's sleep due to ADO's location being in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Everything was right. I will definitely be staying there from now onwards.
Accommodation was what I needed, perfectly adequate maybe just put in WiFi.

We needed affordable accommodation for just one night's sleep and ADO Guesthouse 100% met all our expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the linen and towels crisp white (I'd like to find out their secret for that) and secure undercover parking. We asked if we could book in earlier and they were absolutely accommodating. We would definitely recommend them.
Reception was excellent and I was kindly welcomed. The rooms are neat and everything works, the sliding glass door makes it very easy to move in and out. This is definitely one of the best places I have stayed and would definitely recommend.

Marius and Freda were very accommodating. We arrived late and Marius was all smiles. The rooms are compact but efficient and comfortable. The whole atmosphere makes you feel at home.

From the time I arrive until I left the people from Ado Guesthouse were absolutely amazing, very friendly and they were prepared to help me earlier for booking in and would have served an earlier breakfast if required. They are amazing people and I would recommend this guest house to anyone travelling to Witbank.
I was in Witbank on business and stayed at ADO Guest House for 5 nights. From arrival to departure it was an amazing experience. The owner and his wife are exceptionally hospitable people and made me feel very welcome. The guest house is very safe, I left my laptop in the room while I was out. The place is very clean and tidy with a cleaner that cleans the room every day. The towels and even the shower rug were replaced every day. I took my own food and if any of my dishes were dirty, it was washed for me. The bed was made up daily and covered in cleaned linen. The guest house is also very close to all popular places in the Witbank area. I would recommend anyone to use the guesthouse.

Haven't experience this level of friendliness in a long time and it was clean and neat. We felt at home immediatly and we knew exactly where the light switches were. Lots of interesting pictures on the wall that tells stories and you can see they're proud of it. Will recommend anytime and will book again if I'm in the area. The host only provides the best. I just won't stay in room 8 again next time, it's opposite the dining hall and by reception. We wanted to crawl in early and there were still 7 people checking in. They were talking loudly and it was a bit disturbing. The sleeping pillows were very uncomfortable for us (too hard) but otherwise we had a nice stay and will definitely use ADO guest house again. The place inside is very nice and tidy.

Despite being a bit difficult to find (GPS was working hard) it was unexpectedly pleasant. Everything is clean and tidy and the vehicle is safely parked on premises behind a security gate. Marius (host) also shared valuable travel information.

We arrived late afternoon in a very bad rainstorm. The host was available on the telephone to direct us and even helped us offload our luggage. Excellent service! The room was neat and everything was in a working condition. Breakfast was wonderful!

The stay was great, I only had one fault with the stay and that was that it was very hot in the evening and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. The fan didn't actually cool us down.
The guest house was further than I expected from where I wanted to be, but that's on me. Furthermore, the bed was very comfortable, the shower water was hot, and the ceiling fan worked well. The breakfast was delicious, and we were welcomed.

Every time I go to Emalahleni, the very first place I look for is ADO Guest House. The rooms are always perfectly clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and such hospitality has been found in few other places. ADO can definitely be recommended and I look forward to the next time I stay there!

Nice place, but the streets in the area have no street names. There are some street names near the guest house that were placed there by the residents. The state of roads in the suburb is also in an extremely poor condition.
