The place is so convenient because it is close to most facilities. Access to transport and the sea view every morning is one of my highlights.

Pleasant place with everything one would need for a short or longer stay. The location is ideal. Upon arrival there were a few small things that could be improved, but the hostess was available to assist.

The apartment has everything to make your stay comfortable. Very safe, neat and clean. There is a washing machine in the apartment. Bathroom only has a shower, not a bath. No balcony. The apartment is unfortunately on the ground floor so the sea view is very limited. There is a playground across the street from the apartment for parents who are going on holiday with children. Many places to eat within walking distance of apartment. There is only a three-seater sofa in the living room, so if you are more than two people it will be a problem. The red hop-on hop-off bus stop is also within walking distance from the apartment.

"Uncomfortable."

*The agent was very rude and unfriendly to us, to an extend we had to call the owner, which is unacceptable and unproffesional. . *We could'nt sleep peacefully, due to some irritating sound, that went off every 2 seconds, from aroung 1am till 4am. whether it was from the red tower , I am not sure. *No dishwahing liquid provided for the kitchen, Sugars and teas and milk where for one person. * Also there was no loadshedding schedule, and emergency lamps nor candles atleast. Lastly, we strugled to get the place, as there is no Adenium Beachfront written anywhere , it is Rhadora.

"Away from home, but not happy at heart about reception and accommodation."

Our arrival at the apartment was delayed due to the fact that the apartment had not been cleaned yet, the cleaners were still busy after 15:00. I already asked 4 weeks before our arrival to be able to check in an hour or so before 15:00 if possible due to our flight already landing at 10:00. I was told they would let us know as time went on. It was not done at all. Asked again on our arrival but was told "no it will be 3pm". When 3:00pm arrived, I called the cell number provided, it went to voice mail. I called the agent and the door to the block of flats was opened for us at 3.15pm. Inside the apartment, the cleaner was still cleaning the apartment. Unacceptable, it's the first time I've experienced this. When asked about power outages they were told they had one light bulb in the bedroom that would light up if there was a power outage. It didn't work, the fan was broken and made a funny noise. The bathroom cabinet was full of paint cans, the shower had no safe rubber mat on the floor, we had to throw a towel in there because the floor was slippery. The gas stove had no gas bottle for power outages. We had to sit in the dark for 2 hours until the power arrived, but the rest of the apartment block was lit up. I have taken photos and videos of everything I have discussed here. For what I paid and there was nothing wrong with my money, was paid months ahead of time, I expect better service.

The building is old but maintained. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Well located across from parks for the kids to play and within walking distance of the Stadium and multiple restaurants to choose from.

Exactly as suggested, value for money and central. Just a few notes: trash can lid is broken, some dining room chairs too. One light in bathroom blew. And no gas bottle for gas stove? Otherwise: perfect.

Beautiful sea view, close to V&A Waterfront and Mojo Market. Place is nice and quite.

The apartment was neat and the location great. The promenade is just outside of the door and Green Point Park just around the corner.
