3 guests' feedbackThere was no one to receive us and we had to wait outside in the street until late before we spotted someone carrying linen in a bag. When we asked her, she confirmed that she needed to get the unit ready. The owner was sleeping there, and when we were able to get in, the bed, bath and towels were still just as she had left them! The TV only had Netflix, and it was a struggle until the next day to watch anything. We were very upset about the state of affairs!
Excellent! The apartment was everything I could ask for as a traveller.
Apartment is great. On arrival called and expected the arranged 30 minute delay to receive the key but waited 50 minutes before anyone arrived to give us access. Apartment was cleaned only once in the two weeks we stayed with only one change of linen and towels.
