The stay was very pleasant, really enjoyed my stay.
The place is awesome and really nice, but it is in serious need of some maintenance or even a revamp. It has so much potential to be a fantastic venue. A dedicated manager will also go a long way.
I never got the room I booked for. We were put in another room we never booked, yet we paid full amount for our stay.
The place's rate is low, I understand why, the pictures look awfully nice, not at all what I experienced. We spent the night outside the house in 2 rooms, it was not clean at all, towels were done and bedding full of stains, sheets stained brown and full of tufts, not suitable for use for a long time. Pillows also need to be replaced, floors were not washed, chips and popcorn left there. I do not recommend the place at all. One word: it was horrible.
Drain reuk in apartment.
I only have one recommendation, and that is that they should look at their car parking. There is not enough space should the place be full. They must also check that customers are given a code or remote control to enter and exit.
Africa Paradise offers affordable, comfortable overnight accommodation in a safe and peaceful environment, within minutes' drive of OR Tambo International Airport. Our KLM flight was delayed and we arrived at the accommodation at midnight - nevertheless we were warmly received and accommodated in a room with access without stairs. The tasty breakfast the next morning was what we needed after a good night's rest.
First of all they had to find a room for one of us 3 couples, after we booked 3 rooms. One room's toilet was broken and the door could not close. Room was not very clean.
The reception by Lolla was very cordial and warm. We immediately felt welcome. No request was too much trouble and the food was of excellent quality. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.
People are very friendly and helpful, place is excellent and very tidy.

They host events at the place, and I feel if they know an individual is visiting they should inform upfront because the noise was unbearable. I appreciate that they tried their best to make it comfortable for me but in the end it ruined my time away to rest and I feel I wasted R1800.
Disgusting, old dirty room with hairs on the sheets which stank.
The rooms are super clean and the food is super delicious. The people are very loving and welcoming. My husband and I had everything that we needed and everything was amazing. Wow, I loved it.

We spent 5 nights there. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you, anytime of the day or night if you needed them they were available with a smile. Our Jacuzzi was not working and they were immediately willing to fix it. We enjoyed every moment of it and because we actually live very close to Benoni it still felt like a nice holiday to us. I would do it again anytime and also recommend it to others. It was fantastic!
Lovely guesthouse for a quick getaway.
All our requirements were met. The place is beautiful and the staff are friendly.
We enjoyed our stay, we did not stay at Africa Paradise but at a sister guesthouse of them, because of young adults staying there that is making a lot of noise. So they moved us to a quieter guesthouse (very thoughtful). Breakfast was good as well.

People very friendly, but the place needs a lot of attention, it is very dilapidated, the building itself as well as bed linen are falling out of each other. With the necessary attention it will be a very nice place.
No customer support. Playground for children in bad place and very dirty. Costs for food are ridiculous.

Made to feel very welcome with good room services and good food.
Furniture wobbles and lacks paint. Bathroom shelves hang, toilets don't flush, i.e. you get a cremation on the first step from previous guests. Mattresses are cooked. Breakfast is buffet and cold. Jacuzzi's buttons are hard pressed and all the sprays don't work. Music is played very loudly during breakfast.
The place looks exquisite, service was great. I really enjoyed my stay.
Although we only stayed at Africa Paradise for one night, it was perfect! The house itself is beautiful, our rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and the location was in a safe area. I would, without a doubt, stay here again!
