Comfortable, had everything we needed for our family trip away. It gets very cold at night, but the tents at AfriCamps Klein Karoo are perfectly equipped to keep warm. Activities in the area are fantastic. The view from the tents is just beautiful.

It had been a very beautiful place! I had a great stay and the service was friendly!
We loved the accommodation and nature. The tent has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the hot shower at the end of the day was a nice touch. Has air conditioning. The kids enjoyed being out in nature. I will be happy to stay there again with my family.

The camp may have been more remote with more distance between tents. Water impurity could be more clearly designated.
Place was ok. Load shedding did not help much and not much planning to help customer to utilize with keeping food frozen or entrance gate had to be manual opening in the rain was not great. But other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The team at AfriCamps Klein Karoo pulled out all stops to ensure that our short stay (only 2 days) was wonderful. The accommodation was superb - even better than the pics and the service from JJ, Alfred and their co-workers was outstanding! The campsite is well located and close to downtown Oudtshoorn, with a scenic drive to the Cango Caves. Will definitely visit again in the future.
Large and spacious. High quality mattresses and bedding. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Was very neat and clean. Bathroom spacious with large shower and strong water pressure. Had a great stay and will definitely go again.
Exclusive tented camp with a breathtaking view of the Black Mountains. Tent very well equipped with the necessary. Sleeping and bathroom facilities excellent! Air conditioner definitely a bonus for the Karoo heat. Great swimming in the pool. Received wonderful and prompt service from JJ and Alfred. AfriCamps Klein Karoo is close to all the attractions and so much to do and experience. Would definitely recommend AfriCamps Klein Karoo.
Africamps is the perfect getaway if you want the camping experience but still want all your comforts. Quiet and peaceful.
It is very beautiful at AfriCamps Klein Karoo. It was so nice to see all the animals at the watering hole. One major drawback is the cars that can be heard from the road which is only a short distance from the tents. It breaks the quiet beautiful atmosphere.
The dust inside the tent seal for the door was not present, I would have treated the deck with waxsol or rubol. Have a good time and be happy!
We return often. This year with little baby. Not so kid-friendly, but still enjoying our time. Even though they are tents, the floors could be a little cleaner.
The tent houses are well equipped and have a lovely fireplace and nice outdoor braai facilities. One can enjoy walking and cycling.
If you like the outdoors but don't want to stay in a warm tent in the Karoo, AfriCamps is the place to visit. Comfortable beds with a lovely large shower. Would definitely recommend!

If you want to experience nature with a tent, but don't like camping and uncomfortable sleeping, this is the place to be! We had a great stay and our little boy enjoyed it very much and even had a nice swim in the pool at reception. Everything was nice and tidy and the lady at reception explained everything very thoroughly and we felt very welcome! They get a 10/10 from us!

Great friendly service and comfy accommodation. Being a family who usually camps, we all loved the luxury of glamping. Airconditioning in Oudtshoorn in January is essential. Tent 5 had a lovely view of the watering hole, and lovely afternoon shade from the few trees on the side of the tent. Very close to Cango Wildlife Ranch.
We booked into Africamps Klein Karoo for 2 nights for our 10th wedding anniversary. The farm is beautifully maintained, the units are very well looked after, and the location is amazing. Although the dams have almost no water in them, you still look out over the Swartberge, and you couldn't ask for a better view while the fire chatters in the background. Inside is a lovely fireplace, and all the facilities you can expect in a 3 or 4 star hotel (except a TV). We just rested, and Africamps allowed us to do so in surrender. It was a lovely weekend and we will definitely go back when the dam is full again one day.

This was our second AfriCamps stay and once again enjoyed it so much! We knew what to expect from the accommodation and were very grateful for the swimming pool so that our mountain biker could fall directly into the water after 100 km. The dry semi-desert environment has a distinctive beauty; I look forward to seeing the aloes and bacon trees get well established. We would like to come back for a longer stay and the surroundings on the farm also flat walk/bike.

They exceeded my expectations.
We travel to self-catering places quite often and this one was one of the few places that is well-equipped. The kitchen is everything of good quality. The bedding and electric blankets were fantastic. The 2 litres of water for the 4 of us per day was too little. AfriCamps Klein Karoo's own activities are priced for tourists and not affordable for the average family in my opinion.
