This area leads to a deck where guests can cool down in the swimming pool and take in the magnificent sea- and mountain views. The owner lives in a separate room on the premises.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at African Dawn, the host was very friendly and the accommodation was very nice. The view from the Jazz room was exquisite, and the pool was a great relief after a very long drive.
My husband and I recently stayed at African Dawn. It really exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and an atmosphere that felt like home. The staff were simply outstanding and their genuine hospitality and unwavering commitment to ensure guest satisfaction were evident.
My husband and I had a lovely experience at African Dawn. Everything was perfect, highly recommend African Dawn.
It is a private family home and we were made welcome by the owner's assistant, who was not used to hosting, she told us, and his son, as he was away. Both the host and assistant were friendly and helpful, and a neighbour was even happy to assist when a power outage meant getting out of the garage (electric door) was a slight challenge. The views from the terrace are amazing!
The hospitality given by the host was top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. The only road to the property was via a rather rough area. The pool was dirty and unusable. The property was a little bit run down, with a blocked basin and exposed power sockets, as well as a slight mouldy smell. A bit expensive for the area.
