77 guests' feedbackWe worked very long hours and the staff were always helpful and there to help. It was very quiet and peaceful and we could really just walk in and relax. The premises, our room and the bathroom were very clean and tidy. Will definitely use the services again in the future.
Didn't sleep well because of the other guests in the opposite room who were fighting like cats and dogs. The man and the woman had been under the influence and they came to their house to fight there. Very, very unacceptable language was used and my wife and I were waiting for the persons to go to each other's bodies or if there would be any other violence involved.
The accommodation was nice and the area is classy.

My advice is just to put a braai stand in the garden and clean the swimming pool and put glasses in all rooms.
Only the TV didn't work in one room, but then they gave us another room. It was very neat and clean, only we could watch one channel on the TV the one remote didn't work. It was very peaceful there. The atmosphere was very nice, thank you.
It's not suitable for a group because you have to keep your voices down. They don't want noise at all. Even the pool water splashing is a problem.

Room is very small, bathroom on the outside. Bathroom mats broken, towels thin. No boiler in accommodation.
While I was cooking at the kitchen, people from maintenance came to fix the toilet blockage. No one told me not to start cooking because of this maintenance, the smell of fiscal was all over the kitchen I had to stop cooking and go back to my room because I was feeling like vomiting. Pool was dirty. There was no one to take me around to show me where is the kitchen and cookery things, what to use and where to find them. I have to call the staff member by shouting because they never told me where to find them if I need them, I wanted to go out that's where they gave me a gate and the door keys. I will never ever stay there for vacation or recommend it to someone.
Our stay was very nice. Just a pity the TV control's batteries were dead.
Sorry didn't meet the owner. No coffee or tea or water to drink, literally just given a room to sleep in. TV has no decent picture let alone any channels to watch. On departure there was no one to be found to return keys and no key box where one could leave them.
Family room consist of 2 separate rooms but note: uses one bathroom (in main room) for a family of 5 (bath and shower). Neat and comfortable, can recommend the accommodation. Note you have to take stairs with your luggage to go to your room.

Clean, neat and convenient room and bathroom. Friendly staff. TV channels were unclear and we couldn't watch TV.

The place was nice and clean. Staff was accommodating given that we were a big group.
The pool was very dirty even though it was warm, there is no staff on site to provide assistance we confirmed that we were leaving early and someone would have received the key but we left the site without anyone there. The lounge's air-con doesn't work at all, the braai was dirty, the room we were in, Blue Crane, was pretty clean and there were towels.
We waited for about an hour outside the gate before someone could be at our service and there was nobody to answer the phone.
Would definitely go again.

Staff were professional, except one who met us at the gate and asked which room did we book by the gate.
We were 3 ladies and we struggled to find a place with twin room options. The twin room wasn't totally private and safe, because the room divider couldn't lock and wasn't closed up to the ceiling. When we told reception about it, she immediately made plan and gave us the key to the middle door. She did everything she could to make us feel safe. Even though the one bedroom needs an upgrade, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

This was the worst service ever.
Felt very unwelcome on arrival.
The rooms were very small and not really tidy. On the surface the rooms looked clean, but the night when we wanted to push the suitcases under the beds you could see things being swept under the beds. One of the boys forgot something, one of my other boys went to pick it up and had to beg them for entry and then had to fill in forms with the personal details.

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
I felt very uncomfortable with the room where I shared the bathroom and veranda with the room next to mine, even thought the receptionist, Refilwe, tried to convince me that I had nothing to worry about.
Our experience wasn't at all what we expected. The photos are misleading seeing as our room was not much bigger than a double bed. It was neat, except for an old, used towel we found in the cupboard. The space was also very cramped, on one side of the bed there is only one tile's width and at the foot of the bed only 2 tiles.

The bedrooms were good but the pool was quite green and the kitchen is not up to standard in terms of knives, forks and glasses.
Swimming pool green on arrival as well as for the entire stay period. No fans in room. No mosquito repellent available. Had to go and buy it myself. Sliding door frame of the room pulls out of the walls and is quite loose. Bathrooms were not cleaned. There is a microwave as well as a fridge in the main house for guests to use, but the house is permanently closed, so could not use at all. No coffee or tea available in the rooms.
Both days the communal kitchen was dirty, however the rooms and bathrooms were clean. On Monday I had to wait for a long time and struggled to get keys to my room even though it was around 4pm. In the room where I stayed on Monday, no towels were provided and no fan is available in the stuffy place. The guesthouse advertises that there is a swimming pool, but I could not use it as it is a green hole.
We really enjoyed our stay at African Nights Guest house, it's conveniently located for shopping and its a very safe place to stay.
The setup is awesome and we got value for money; no regrets at all!

The place was very tidy and really adequate for what we needed. The canopy under which we could park was also very helpful for when it rained. It was also good of them that, when the power was out, they had a generator that ensured we had lights and hot water.
The price was really value for money and they helped us out to accommodate our one child with a place to sleep. The place offered everything we needed.
Our accommodation was clean and tidy. Lizette and her husband were very friendly with so much hospitality that we felt like old friends. Thanks for that.

The signage of the place is so small and it is not placed correctly for someone who had never visited the place.The place is cool, it gives peace of mind, but try to rectify the bathroom issue.
Me and my partner really enjoyed the getaway and we were not disappointing. The hostess was very nice and we plan to go there again very soon. Thank you Refilwe we really appreciated.
