Meals are served in the room, clean and tidy and very friendly service.
Checked in around 9pm at night, but still got a very pleasant welcome, given it was very cold. But she still waited up for us and was friendly.
We waited at the gate for 10 minutes to be let in after phoning continuously with no answer. Once we were let in, the person showed us one room for myself & my daughter. When I queried the reservation, she told me that it was booked this way, which was incorrect. She eventually admitted that she had made the decision herself to have us in one room and then ever so "generously" offered to bring in a bed for my daughter. After losing my temper, she arranged a room for my daughter. The bathmat was wet from the previous tenant and there were items in the shower that had not been removed (old razor). It is possibly the worst service I have ever received and we travel a lot. I would not recommend the accommodation to anyone I know.
Neat, safe, nice bed, nice room, safe, and the host askuus, wife, very good. would stay there again.

We were kindly received. The rooms were neat and clean and we were upgraded to 2 ground floor units. Thank you Erna for the availability of your place over the weekend. I would definitely stay there again. We also made use of the braai place. Had a nice visit with friends.

The place I booked and paid for was for a unit with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. On arrival at African Sky Guest Accommodation I was told that they have given my room to other guests and that my room is no longer available which I booked and paid for I have to settle for a room with 1 double bed and a couch which is unacceptable to me. Security: One late afternoon when I got to my room my room door was open with no one in sight, no cleaners, upon inquiry I was told the cleaners washed the floors and they forgot the door open, which is unacceptable and unsafe . Parking: The parking space designated for me to park was too small for my vehicle, asked for other parking that is larger. The comment (the thin, little peasant woman who can't drive) about how I was booked with other guests about the parkings doesn't bother me. I will not stay at African Sky Guest Accommodation again or recommend it.

We had a nice stay and felt safe. The only downside is that there was no cooling in our rooms. Other than that everything was good.

Erna is the perfect hostess, friendly and breakfast was very tasty - We were a group of 12 people and had a great time at the pool area until late at night. No problems or complaints. Very affordable & close to shops.

African Sky has incredibly friendly hostesses. The stay was from the beginning a pleasure to be able to go home there. My car and my own safety had been safe. The breakfast was incredibly tasty and enough to keep you full all day. I can recommend it to anyone with an open heart. Had fantastic service. Thank you.
The guesthouse is popular with contract workers - prepared to move out very early in the morning. Parking space is very nice, so you have to graze nicely around their large 4x4s. Right next to Discoverers with accompanying traffic noise. Also good for a 1 night stay if you need to be in the area. This was my second stay and I will stay there again if needed.
Met our standards and we'll recommend it to people.
Because we were traveling from far away, we would have to check in very late, we decided on African Sky because their check-in time only closes at 23:00. Erna went out of her way to turn us around early in the morning to access the gate and room which freed us up to comfortably come in and sleep later at night.
We were kindly received, stayed only one night but did not experience any problem.
The room and bedding were spotless. However, it was very cramped and small. I have stayed at other guesthouses in bigger rooms for the same money. This is definitely for the business traveler just looking for a bed and shower.
It's not a 3 star for sure.
Hot water taps are not in a good condition.

When we have to spend the night in Krugersdorp again, we will stay at African Sky. Thanks also to LekkeSlaap. We have used you on a previous occasion and are very satisfied with the service.
The accommodation was small, but neat. Friendly, helpful reception. Even though there was a double bed on the photo's there were only single beds in our rooms. What really wasn't nice was that the gas geyser was fixed at a certain temperature beforehand. We showered in lukewarm water. The second shower's water pressure was also very bad. The street next to ours carries quite heavy traffic and is noisy until late at night.

However, the cost was a bit on the expensive side for me as a single person. I didn't enjoy breakfast so I can't comment. However, the parking area is very small and persons with large vehicles will really have a problem moving in and out.
It is very close to the shops etc. I'm just a bit unhappy because I asked if there was a possibility to stay just an hour longer but we had to be out for 10 hours. The morning when I wanted to shower there was no hot water at all.
