Friendly service. Great restaurant.
They made our time in Boksburg feel like a holiday. Delicious food, great selection of good wines, and great service. The breakfasts were also top notch! Will definitely visit again!

Stays are always very pleasant and the restaurant on site is a big bonus. The food is fantastic, the accommodation is clean and the location for shopping or O.R Tambo International Airport is very good. All that is needed is a shuttle to the airport.

From the reception to the room, everything was of the best quality. We also attended a function at the hotel. The food was first class as well as the service.
Extremely helpful, friendly service! Hotel transport was exactly on time, even though we had to change flight details. Very neat accommodation. Interior very tasteful! Breakfast included is value for money! Reception staff may be able to let guests know in advance about restaurant on-site business hours in future. When traveling, email is not always available and upon arrival we were not aware that restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings.

As usual our stay was fantastic, the receptionist was a completely different story ─ sitting behind the desk eating her hamburger, talking to us with a mouth full of food, trying to work the keyboard with half a hamburger in hand, which a joke The next morning she was there again with a cup of coffee in one hand and bread in the other. If she is there again when I check in on the 28th I turn around and go home instead.
No towels and water in the rooms, lots of busy guests keeping you awake and getting up for 4 hours and parading up and down the corridors. Aircon was leaking. Staff is not friendly at all.

Very nice. No complaints.
However, the payment was made after hours, so only reflected the next day. When guest arrived at the hotel, he had to pay for the 1st night while the payment was being sorted out. It is 9 days later and the "next-day" refund of R880 they promised, still hasn't happened. Very disappointing. Otherwise not bad, but because of the above, we will not be booking there again.
The room is well laid out, nicely decorated and very clean. The glass door that opens onto the veranda and garden with waterfall creates a spacious and luxurious feeling. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with log fires every night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bartender deserves special mention with his "anything is possible, sir".
