It is a quiet, safe, tidy place.
I had a very nice stay in Afrique du Sud Guesthouse. The service was nimble, fast and friendly. The room was very tidy and I could easily move to reach everything. The surroundings were just as neat, with a nice garden, nice lapa, and neat sheds.

We only stayed one night, because of our son who played rugby on the Saturday. We stayed in a place with one room and bathroom. Was well furnished. Tannie welcomed us kindly.
We had a very nice overnight stay at Afrique du Sud.
Me, my sister & daughter slept over in room 1. The room and bathroom are one open room with a cupboard separating the bathroom and sleeping areas. It didn't bother us at all because we gave each other privacy. We had a great time sleeping there in the bloody heat with the air conditioner keeping us wonderfully cool, especially in the evenings. The room was spacious enough and particularly clean and tidy. Joey's hospitality is top notch and she made sure we were 100%. Our room and facilities that were available were enough to meet our basic needs, we will definitely stay there again on occasion.
Very friendly hostess. Neat room which is clean and fresh and all essentials are available in the room. Definitely worth it and you won't regret spending the night there.

Everything was very neat and clean. The lady was nice, helpful and professional. The accommodation was complete and even more than what I needed, nothing was missing, all my needs were 100% provided for. Can see they went through trouble to give attention to detail and the picture I got was exactly like it was advertised. The breakfast was good. The hostess went through trouble to help me 30 minutes earlier. She sat close by and chatted away. Probably because I was alone. A nice homely experience.
Very clean and beautiful room. The only criticism is that there was not hot water from the shower on the morning of my departure. The bath, though, had hot water.
The information about the rooms on the website is incorrect. We booked three rooms and according to the website all three rooms are en suite. Only one room was en suite, the rest had to share a bathroom which was not ideal at all. The owners are very friendly and we were warmly received and although the rooms' decor is very old it was at least clean and relatively tidy.
